Official Message to Red America

Greal wishes to open diplomatic relations with Red America, in exchange, we wish to donate 10 billion dollars to beef up your economy.

Despite having our respective ideological differences, we are hopeful that Red America will accept diplomatic relations with the Ixanian Empire; beginning with the exchange of embassies (OOC: Please see my signature for my embassy thread).
