Well in almost all claims threads I have seen no one has all of the Middle East in it so I said why not give it a try! You can do what ever you want with, you can choose (within reason) the resources, the weather (for the most part, no ice), and you can name it whatever you want. You can war with neighbors and you can do whatever the hell you would like with it (once again, only if it is reason). So yay! You can choose however much you want unless I tell you to limmit your claim and can someone who is relatively good with maps make it so it is filled in with the correct colors for the correct nations.

My claim is Oman, Yemen, and coastal Saudi Arabia. You don't need to claim inbetween the borders you can have small parts or if you want to be specific fix the map how you want your claim.

Greston, I am curious why you have put Pakistan and Afganistan under reserved. Do you feel that they are too big and should be divided by Provinces or some other sub-national unit? If so, I suggest we divide Saudi Arabia like that too and I shall find appropriate maps and such. If so I definetly want some of Saudi Arabia. Maybe near Kuwait and Bahrain? I would definetly settle for Bahrain and some of Saudi Arabia between Bahrain and Kuwait. Or Qatar or anything in the Persian Gulf.

I reserved them for I invited a few friends in which requested I did so. I did want to split them into provinces so can you split Saudie Arabia into three, Afghan into 2, and Pakistan into two. Also since you are able to do so once you have the time can you fill in the map accordingly?

I have the Saudi Coast you can have all of the UAE and Qatar and once the changes are made you can choose something else.

Mal Pakistan is reserved for you, Uiri I just got the IC thread up but I have set up a blockade in the Persian Gulf, you are the only one allowed through. (Besides Mal and Kirav.)

Sounds good. Not sure how you want Afghan/Paki divided, but I think I can make it so that (as I think this is what Mal probaly wants) they're divided along a common line with him getting more Paki and me getting more Afghan and still keeping it even (while also keeping a coastal bit [or block] for both).

To be honest, I really don't want to attack right now. I'm trying to take Eritrea as peacefully as possible.

You can just jump in and fight for it. I am gunning for Ethiopia and Somalia and I currently have Djibouti so jsut go ahead.

Maybe not with Somalia, but with things like Uganda and Kenya it's apparent we're gonna need to open up other parts of the entire region - things like Cyrpus, Libya, Greece & the Balkans, India, Sri Lanka, and the rest - to keep things fair amongst players (not just a "me" bias, but representing all of us on the perimeter).
