Greetings Sovereign Nations,

The California Republic, after declaring its independence, wishes to open itself to the world economically, politically, and culturally. In our capital, Sacramento, room has been set aside for opening embassies to the foreign nations. We wish to establish fruitful, permanent relationships, with these embassies, so please take this opportunity wisely. We have established a few rules, so please abide by them.

There shall be just one national flag of your nation displayed on the outside of the embassy, not to have a height over 50 feet. If the pole is on the roof of the building, it shall not be higher than 30 feet.

Inter-ethnic and religious tension is non-existent. The country is located in the tropics, and much of it is covered in rain forest. Politically, Magdha is a single-party republic with Generalissimo J.L. as head of state.
