The tall, African, Pierre DuPont, exited the carrage and, after the security agent exited first, greeted the advisor.
"Hello sir.", the young, tall, light-skinned African-Genovian man said, "Pierre DuPont, Minister of External Affairs for the Principality of the Genovians. Thank you for letting me come on such short notice."
OOC: I might leave soon, but i will bookmark the website.
"Greetings. I'm Yoko Kikuchi, I'm an adviser. Please follow me, Her Highness is expecting you."
She lead him to a carriage which made way to the capital of Sonomi.
"She is very glad that you could come."

“Thank you very much, I am rather excited too, if you catch my drift.”, Pierre said as he walked over to the carriage. A gloved man opened the door for them, and Minister DuPont gave the man a crumpled up 200 euro note. DuPont entered and thought to himself, “Roomy”, and sat down on the plush seats, adjacent to him was his lone bodyguard. The guard was a big muscular guy with several pearcings on his face and a slight goatee-beard combination wearing a navy pinstriped suit, he was a former bouncer. As his greeter sat down, DuPont said,
“Very nice, so I am to be meeting the Queen of this fine nation?”
"Princess. We are a principality. And yes you will get to meet her, and she is very excited."
They eventually made way to Sonomi. "Here we are, the palace."
They walked in and up to the main chambers. "Your highness, the delegate has arrived."
Tomoyo stood and faced them. "Thank you. I'm Princess Tomoyo Weaver, I'm the ruling Princess." She gave a bow.

Pierre gave a sort of a meek nod, as he was a bad bower. His bodyguard bowed slightly too, hindered by the fat in his stomach, and when he bowed the bodyguard’s sleeves folded, revealing extensive tattooing on his arms. Noticing it, he brushed his arms a bit.
“Hello Madame Princess, I am Pierre DuPont, the Minister of External Affairs of the Principality of Genovia. I am responsible for coordinating the Genovian foreign policy and dealing with foreign nations. I would tell you more about Genovia, but I would not expect it to be interesting to you.”, the light-skinned African-Genovian minister said.
"You'll have to forgive my husband's absence. We have had a series of violent storms over the course of the week in the country and he's touring the damage. It shall be simply us. I imagine you wish to know more about Kurona?"

Pierre said,
"I am sorry for the bad news, I will be sure to earmark funds when I return to the Genovian National Council for disaster relief.
That will be good, I think that we need to know about your nation if there is going to be any progress."
"Then please come and we'll sit. I have a nice balcony I like to entertain guests on."

"Why thank you", Pierre said as he and his bodyguard followed the Queen. The bodyguars whispered something unintelligible into his earpiece.
"Can I get you something? Tea, water, soda?"
She sat down with her own cup of tea.
"Well there is a great deal to Kurona. We have been in isolation for many years. It was my late father that began changing that. We are also not a very modern nation, some might call us a Steam-Punk I guess. We love it though, few have complained."

Pierre did not want to upset his host, so he said,
“I’ll just have a water, please. I never heard of a nation that kept itself in the past. It is very interesting, considering how our government invests billions of euro into technological and scientific research.”
"Yes we are a unique pair. Not as though we don't have SOME of the modern convinces. But we certainly don't have a great amount. It has it's pros and cons alike. I want to hear more about your country."

"Genovia is great, since we are on the topic of technology, we have an entire city devoted to research and technology, Saint-Bernadette. Very good city, low crime, and many educational institutions. It's next to several Royal Air Force stations, so all of the defence contractors have headquarters in the city or the suburbs, so it has a concentration of Genovia's engineers. I might be a bit biased though.", Pierre laughed.

"I imagine so." Tomoyo laughed. "When you love your home, you tend to speak fondly of it. I speak fondly of my home as well."

"That is very true", Pierre said while taking a sip of water, "I guess we are both biased. So, I have been told that your nation is rather conservative..."
"We are quite conservative here. Even I'm rather conservative my self. Though I'm Shinto, I don't believe in a lot of the ideologies preached by the far left. A few maybe, but not a lot."

"Oh, well you see that there seems to be a difference between us. Genovia is rather liberal, our ruling party is a communist one... Pierre laughed.

"Ahh I see. We have many Methodists in this country. But we have far more Catholics and Shintos. We maintain a free religion policy."
