OOC: Half your population is in the military? That's going to screw with your economy, by not having enough people in other jobs.

Yep I know, I'm hoping if this would be my stats if my population went up. Its not going to start of like that but thats my basic views if my pop. was a bit higher. Lol crazy if half my country was just military. But thanks for replying. Also do you know how to change my facts about my country? like (The Federation of New Allied Australia is a tiny, pleasant nation, renowned for its compulsory military service. Its quiet, industrious population of 5 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
The large, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Education, and Social Welfare. The average income tax rate is 27%, but much higher for the wealthy. A very small private sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry.
Crime is relatively low, thanks to a well-funded police force. New Allied Australia's national animal is the platypus and its currency is the federation dollar.)

The description changes with the choices you make on the issues.

ooc: Everybody starts of with 5 million people. Most nations only use an average of 5% tops to man their military forces.

I'd suggest you also have a reserve force which also covers another 5% of the population if you want a large number of armed forces.

HUDSON PALACE

His Royal Majesty, King Benjamin I of the Royal Kingdom of Taerkasten, has advised me that he recognises the existence of New Allied Australia as a sovereign nation and a legitimate government, and is keen to learn more about the functionality of that government and the culture behind it.

Moreover, we are prepared to hash out economical agreements with New Allied Australia. We are cautious to negotiate military agreements, however, as your communique specifies a desire to eliminate enemies without actually specifying who those enemies might be.

Yours sincerely,

Executive Secretary to the Royal Household,

TO: Prime Minister Clinton Cheung of the New Allied Australia

The Indonesian states, because of the close proximity between our nations, wish to ally with your nation economically. We would also like to aid you with our military, however, we must know who and where your enemies are, and why they are your enemies. Good luck in the future.

From the desk of the First Adviser of the Free Land of Entelechia:

To Prime Minister Clinton Cheung of the New Allied Australia,

Entelechia welcomes you into the global community. It is noted however that there seems to be an over emphasis in your nations policy on war and armaments. We encourage you to consider supporting your citizens cultural, social, and economic well being with as much enthusiasm. We also encourage participation in the international community to encourage civil liberties and human rights in all nations. It is the position of Entelechia that peace and prosperity are better served by encouraging economic and cultural bonds between nations rather than the build up and proliferation of arms and armaments.

may you enjoy peace and prosperity,
