The government of the Free Republic of Lamoni has decided that it is time to open up the newly constructed Skyhaven International Airport for Foreign civilian flights. Skyhaven is ten miles from the Lamonian capitol of Nephi; which is easily accessible via special shuttle buses that stop in downtown Nephi. There are 15 terminals, each having 6 gates which aircraft may stop at.

Terminal 4 (the one that looks like a squarish 8) hosts Class B airship facilities for any Alfegan (or other) airships that might decide to use Skyhaven. Terminal 4 is reserved exclusively for airships. The exception to this rule is for allies of Lamoni.

With the lack of numbers on the provided map, Terminal 1 is located on the upper left of the map (the red C looking thing with the red lines sticking out of it); and the other terminals are numbered going down, then right (along the bottom), then up, then back to the terminal next to Terminal 1 (Terminal 15).

In line with our discussions, two gates are requested in return for waiving of airport services fees at Kirkenes Malton International and Neorvins Mackenzie International on a reciprocal basis.

Air Kelssek will fly daily flights from Kirkenes and Outineau with CE540 aircraft (234 passengers in 30/204 configuration).

Kelssek Pacific Airlines will fly daily from Burnaby and thrice weekly flights from Neorvins on Monday, Thursday and Saturday, returning on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, using A330 aircraft (248 passengers; 38/210).

We are willing to see a full fourth-freedom agreement between Lamoni and Kelssek, and do not wish to constrain expansion of air services unnecessarily through this reciprocal agreement. Thus "extra" gates and landing slots which Lamonian airlines use in Kelssek will be charged according to the respective airports' normal tariffs.
