this is where all nations in the Northwest Iowa region should do their role playing and set up strategies for UN voting. start by declaring a few things
1. military size (as a percent of total population)
2. wealth (in standard U.S. dollars)
once those have been declared, you should use this thread to keep track of monetary allocations and spending and changes to military size and location of troops.
