If you wish to have an embassy in The People's Republic of Kaibal then simply read the information below and fill in the form.

All embassies are located on the fortress-island of Archangel or on the nearby Baikal Island. Archangel Security Forces provide a full-time police force comprising 800 men and women scattered around Archangel Fortress. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, have high-speed broadband, a state-of-the-art security system, wall-mounted 50 inch Plasma TV, room service, a direct land line and satellite connection, express elevator to the roof where the heliport is located, the elevators run from a room inside the apartment of the ambassador and can carry a maximum of 80 people at once.

Please note: Baikal Island Embassies have the same facilities as Archangel Fortress, however, Baikal Island is guarded by the Kaibalian Marine Force, comprising a lesser 500 guards due to the lower amount of Embassies housed on the island. The heliport access for Embassies on Baikal Island is by high speed underground trains, which end directly opposite an underground elevator system which will take ambassadors, their staff and any necessary military personnel to their helicopters.

Your request is granted, the Dian embassy will be built according to Dian design, on land purchased by your government. No Kaibalian security forces of any kind will be present on your embassy grounds, however there will be a guard post comprising 12 Kaibalian Marines approximately 300 meters away for security purposes. they will not interfere with your men and woman and are only there in the case of an armed rebellion/civil war or similar instance.

Please respond with the amount of land required, where you would like it located and the price you are willing to so that we may open negotiations. You will find us a willing and generous nation. Our currency is very similar in value, this should make it easier to exchange the currencies.

For the most part, there will be little reason for the Ambassador to utilize the SATCOM device rather then the facilities provided, however for matters of Internal security--it is needed.

We do recognize that the same equipment is utilized by special operation forces around the world for field communication and satellite uplink---this is why it was chosen.

We hope this explanation is sufficient.

We hate to inconvenience you but these are our laws. A compromise can be reached however, if you feel that you truly need so much protection. I offer you your single helicopter, 2 Gladaeoai Sedans with 3 Xoaantoxu Limousines, giving you 5 Civilian vehicles, as well as 5 Katuruzza Armoured SUVs for Security. We feel that this is enough to provide transport for your personnel as well as being more vehicles than originally listed as being allowed.

We apologize for these laws but they are in place to stop the civilian population of Kaibal from fearing a foreign military presence so close to them. Though you are not hostile and we hope you do not become so, the populace is wary of foreign armed forces in their country.

In the past we've donated excess production to the local populace, whether food banks, or for auction sales of our wines, or just for donations or holdings of banquettes.

In our full embassies, we offer consular support, as well as trade, and educational instructions, and hiring, and as a volunteer station. In times of crisis we offer ourselves to the local populace for medical care, or any otherway we can help the local government as apporpriate.
