Lady Neni and the people of Shalbalisyuia were Morning the death of Rei Nakagishima, Premeir of The Ryou Black Islands. The Attack on Shai was called a Act of terrorism, turning most of The Ryous against The Rebels.

Nani was now sitting on the Patio of her house on the Large Floating City that was Shalbalisyuia. Being Lady Mayor of the city, she watched as the people went to and fro though out the Floating city.

But today she was reading a message from the Military.

a great changed was coming to the Ryou Black Islands. For since she was from the Old House of Del Lunaria, a Desent of Barbarossa I, Serena and Neherenia, She was a good pick for leadership.

To be Empress of The Ryou.

OOC: Quick question: how can your new empress be descended from the line of the old Hatarian Empire when everything I've read (and I've read a lot of NS history) seems to indicate everything related to Hataria is supposed to be retconned?

Neni was still not sure about becoming Empress of The Ryou. Ok, it wasn't that she couldn't handle the job, It was just that The idea most Nations would have if they heard that a Neherenia was Empress of a nation that was made by a Hatarian Tribe.
