For the last year civil war has loomed over the region of Schwullunde. Factions of the Government led by Marcus Antinus have siezed Control of the Senate and in a very public Execution, releaved former President Sean Roberts III of his position. The family of the former president has fled to parts unknown with a small detachment of the 1st Fleet as protecters. War is looming on the horizon.

As my First act as your Benivolent Leader shouts President Marcus Antinus, I shall Cleanse Schwullunde of the scum that like ticks have come to infest the body of our great nation. No longer shall We be the subjects of ridicule in the galaxy, Instaid We shall become the Prime authority throughout the whole of the universe.

In orbit of Gnome:
The entire Third Fleet moves slowly into orbit around Gnome station. Without warning every ship in the Fleet opens fire upon the station. within minutes Gnome Station erupts in a huge fireball of exploding gasses. Bits of debree bounce harmlessly off of the shields of the nearest warships. As the destruction clears each ship turns and moves into orbit of Gnome and procedes to open fire upon the settlements from orbit.
