Head Communard Rosa Luxemburg of the Democratic Republic of Luxemburgland has decided to reach out a friendly hand to the world and to seek some friends for our young and vulnerable nation. We have only the following requests:

-No Nations with an racist or segregation policies or with any racist party in power.
-No fascistic Nations whatsoever.
-No nations that restrict the freedom of speech or claim to be Socialist like the former USSR.

Before we send the nation of Luxemburgland an official request for an embassy, the Empire of Neo-Ixania wishes to declare that despite our ideological differences (we are monarchists), we are willing to extend the olive branch to Luxemburgland's leaders and establish diplomatic relations between our nations. We are not only interested in an embassy exchange but also in establishing trade agreements.

Attention:
Our new nation is in the process of reform and we have discovered that no society can be perfectly utopian so we are adapting some more moderate principles, so now, we will take friendship with Capitalists and Monarchists, no Fascists though.

Even though my nation is fascist, we would like to ask for a friendly alliance. I assure you that my nation is peaceful and does not want any conflict going on. As for the fascist pigs in Volzgrad we are not yet ready to ready the cannons and the muskets (we have better technology than that by the way) for war but we will be happy to form an alliance between us. We also are thinking about forming a coalition against Volzgrad and fascism in general of which we would be happy to include you in as the head, since we do not have the power to amass such a force. Great Alexandra is a small nation, but a nation with values. I see Luxemburgland as nation with values and I feel that we cannot just sit back and see them threatened a tryannical nation bent n its own descruction.
