International Warning to Neighbors of Roma V

Greetings to you, neighbors of the Republic of Roma V. I, Emperor Quaeus, regret to inform you of a matter that may put your citizens in danger. Last Sunday police officers raided an abandoned apartment complex, after a number of cases of attempted break ins on the construction site in the past made police suspicious, that had been undergoing reconstruction. Inside the basement of the complex police discovered the abandoned remains of an HQ of a local cult. The cult goes by the name "Holy Liberation" and has been connected with a number of illegal smuggling rings, and drug trafficking organizations/individuals. The group has also been linked to several brutal murders and rapes.

The cult's leader, Antonio Valentine, a native Roma V citizen, has recently fled the country under a false identity. He has dispersed his cult's lieutenants amongst other countries as well to form sleep cells. Valentine's current location is unknown but we suspect he is hiding in a nearby nation to avoid authorities until we call off our searches for him. That wont be happening any time soon.

We ask fellow nations to keep close watch on reported crimes or strange activity. We also feel it is important to warn you Valentine is extremely persuasive and had united several small cults in Roma V in the past to form what is today his "Holy Liberation" group. We ask foreign nations to put their local police officers on alert and on the lookout for Valentine who will most likely be traveling under a false identity.

If he is captured, we kindly ask he be returned to Roma V so justice may decide his ultimate fate for his brutal crimes.

What I had in mind is a sort of international terrorist/criminal causing trouble in countries and it'll be up to them to catch him. There's only one Valentine so i'll choose out of the participants who's country he'll be hiding in. The other's will be home to his lieutenants who will also provoke trouble.

OOC: I guess I'll sign up for one of his lt.s of Valentine himself to come into.

Nothing out of the ordinary for North Dekrata. The usual discussion in their weekly meeting.

"First topic, erm... escaped cult leader." said the chair with a sigh.
"Rogue or West Dekrata?"
"Heh, Camp. Those militants can pick up easy guns."
"Nope. Roma V."

So, as the meeting came to a close all international docks, airports and helipads were given information of the suspect. Antonio Valentine.

"Oh bugger. That has to be the millionth guy we have to look out for!" sighed one airport worker.

Official Reply to The Atreidond Islands
We know very little of Antonio Valentine's operations regarding leadership and the hierarchy of the cult. However leaked information points to Valentine having four lieutenants. Their names have eluded us however which makes looking for them just as hard. One prominent feature that identifies most of the Holy Liberation members is a tattoo of a cross on their lower back.
