Dear world leaders! We the humble Republic of Chernobl would like to create a new world organization. Though my nation is rather small we would like to bring toghether nations who share our views so that we may help the world in the long run. We will accept anyone who is willing to join and help Chernobl in our crusade to free the world from the many tyrants and dictators who now rule it. Some of our activities will include: forming military coalition to free nations from tyrants, helping to feed and vaccinate countries striken by poverty and disease and in general helping the world.

Having recently heard your speech regarding your desire to establish a new world organisation to combat poverty, I am writing to both inform you about the work of, and invite you to contribute towards the work of the Independent Red Crystal Organisation.
The Independent Red Crystal Organisation (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=516990) is an independent, private humanitarian organisation with a global mission to protect human life and health, to ensure respect for the human being, and to prevent and alleviate human suffering, without any discrimination based on nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions.
The IRCO is forever interested to hear from interested and committed parties - be they individuals, businesses, organisations or national governments. Should you feel inclined to donate time or resources towards the IRCO, they would be greatly appreciated.
It has also come to the attention of the Secretariat that your nation has in the not-so-distant past been subject to an horrific nuclear catastrophe. We would very much like to hear what the current situation is on the ground, and offer our assistance if required.

Mr.Robinson Chernobl as stabalized and recovered since the catastrophe. Our biological units have labeled the entire nation completly safe exept for the immeadiate vacinity around the reactor. Our humble nation proudly accepts the invitation into the IRCO. Our nation's biological units have extensive exprience and training in nuclear clean up and simalar matters. If there are any such cases where we can assist please inform us and we shall begin.
