Parliament in BTI
It uses the Westminster (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westminster_system)system.
It has 678 seats spread over 58 constituencies. Party with the most seats will win, hence its party leader will be the Prime Minister, without the need for a parliamentary vote. A coalition is allowed, but coalition leader must be elected , hence become leader if coalition wins. Seats are won by winning a county with a majority vote, however the party who wins the most counties do not win over the entire constituency, unlike in the US system, but bonus seats will be given to the party that does.
