Official Church Statement:
"Recognizing that the Marsh military requires only the best in modern warfare technology yet is low on funds for procurement until the next fiscal year(OOC: Monday) the nation has, as such, bought advanced military surplus from our NATO ally. For security reasons, we can not give out exact numbers of what we bought, nor the financial arrangement involved."

Imperial Naval Base: Lariytha
Activity at the Imperial Lariytha Naval Base had increased considerably. Lariytha, while considered a naval base of substantial size and importance, was mostly used for Imperial ship repairs. However, even that duty was being transferred to one of the Empire's new Naval Shipyards, built on one of the two artificial islands, just off the coast of the country.
Nowadays, Lariytha was used as an shipping depot. Mostly to ship food and materials to overseas Imperial protectorates and colonies. On this day, however, the usual shipment of food provisions and other essential materials were overshadowed by the appearance of various high-tech weaponry, in the form of tanks, artillery and other weapons of war, enough atleast to equipment ten full army divisions. Most of this equipment, the Imperial Armed Forces had decommissioned and sold off, most of it to fellow ally and NATO member Holy Marsh. It was estimated that this equipment would arrive in Holy Marsh within weeks.

"The Marsh military is still lacking in some areas, yet is low on funds for procurement until the next fiscal year(OOC: Monday). The nation has, as such, bought advanced military surplus from yet another NATO ally. For security reasons, we can not give out exact numbers of what we bought, nor the financial arrangement involved, but we thank the nation of Aleos for their help."
As soon as the news that the nation of Holy Marsh was admitted in NATO the Supreme Commander sent a short memo to one of his officers regarding the current situation and the subsequent path that the Peacekeepers were to take, Holy Marsh was to receive aid from their allies. It was no unknown the fact that Holy Marsh had a troubled history, having been embroiled in endless conflicts with the Vile Lard due to ideological differences, but now they were allies of the Peacekeepers and, having known the horrors of constant warfare, the Aleosites understood well what went through the hearts and minds of the Holy Marsh people.
It was of no surprise then the fact that the PKs expressed their support in the best way they could, by sending thousands and thousands of war material to the Holy Marsh, surplus of the Army and Air Force, vehicles and ammunitions, many of them brand new.

The equipment from Malatose and Aleos arrived en masse. The Air Force was pleased to have thousands of aircraft for the reserves coming in, and the army nearly wetted itself over the amount of tanks that now called their nation home. Weapons and ammunition of every type kept on pouring in and just as quickly they were dispersed to the many bases being built.
