In the Oval Office of the Blue House, the main presidential office of Calizorinstan stood President Barry R. Macked, and John R. Arnold, who was not only the Vice President, but the Archbishop of San Diego. There was silence as a young officer dropped some intelligence documents onto the desk, and he saluted President Macked, who returned the salute, and as the young officer left, President Macked said to the Archbishop "John, you know as well as I do, that I am not a Christian, nor am I an atheist, or a Hindu, or a Buddhists, I am a Jew. This Archbishop business does not settle with me at all."

John replied "Barry, you know as well as I do, that you know my position on this matter. I am a Christian, and I acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Lord and Saviour of all men, even non-Christians as your self. But, I have heard your views in the past regarding this matter." President Macked replied "The promised Messiah is not here yet, Jesus, I don't believe is the Messiah." John replied "But, you've called yourself a Christian in the front of the people, so how can you be a Jew.."

President Macked replied "I am a Jew, and I reverted to Judaism, because I believe there will be another Messiah that will save our people from this "Christianity" that has taken a hold of our nation, don't forget our forebears were Jews." John replied "Jesus is the Messiah, it matches up with the.." President Macked barked "I will not have you speaking lies! I thought you were my friend, but you are a prophet of lies!" He yelled "Guards, arrest this man for high treason, and hold him in the Bastille, just outside of the city, to await trial!"

The Secret Service moved in on the Archbishop, who pulled out a pistol and shot the guards, the .45 rounds hitting them in the shoulder. He then ran, and jumped through the window, and hit the ground running.


The President issued a decree the next day, outlawing Christianity, and announced his true colors, he was an atheist of the highest degree, and as such, all religions should be outlawed.

John, however decided to leave the country and sent a message to all nations, via email stating:

"Dear Nations of the World,
I am John Arnold, you may have known me as the Past Vice President and President, and Archbishop of San Diego. I am now on the run from the tyrannical monster that has set his hold on our nation, he is becoming more evil by the day, he has banned free speech already, C.S Lewis books, and he has banned the Anglican Church, the Roman Church, and Islam, and Hinduism, and Buddhism from our country. He is intent on stomping out the freedom that we hold dear. My life was attempted on this morning by guards on order of the Dictator for Life, as he calls himself now. I stopped them, and jumped out the window and fled. Now I need a nation that will host me while I am in exile.

As you can tell even from were I addressed this message that I do not support the current Dictator for Life that he calls himself. Too much has been done by him by war is not only the answer being that it will result in death by the masses in this case. I heard your cry and I am answering it. you may take refugee in the Imperial Republic of Greston. There are enough rooms in the Capitol Building for guests open so you could tkae comfort here. Bring anything you want and everything else we will provide. Hopefully someday the dictator shall fall and the power of Calizorinstan will fall back into the right hands.

I am distressed to hear of your plight, and while my nation leans towards atheism, I find any discrimination against religious groups sickening. Dashkov would be happy to host you during your exile, providing you can find your own way there? Once you have entered our air space (Dashkov is located south-east of Japan) you will be escorted to the capital by military aircraft. You will be assigned a small guard (we have few men to spare) and given the basic necessities you need to live (your living accommodations and food, will of course be of a suitably high standard). I ask that you do not leave the capital, and be careful of venturing outside, but by no means are you under house arrest.

I hope you arrive safely, perhaps we can plan a way of deposing this tyrant?

John was now in a small hut, near the presidential harbor, he was planning to hijack a presidential limo and go to the airport, and take the C-22C (VIP Boeing 727) and fly to Dashkov, for it was even farther from Calizorinstan then Grestion. He wrote back to President Vladimir Petrovitch, "Dear Vladimir, I am running to the airport, and I am going to fly my C-22C to your capital airport. I'm in hiding right now, and I will be there in 15 hours.. Signed, John Arnold"

He then, sent the message, and he jumped a guard, and broke the guards neck, and started the 2008 Aston Martin DB9, and drove quickly off to the airport. When John arrived at the airport, he ran to the C-22C, and he said to the guard, who was his friend "I have need of this plane my friend, and don't worry, God will be with you, and we will win in the end, though terror may reign for a short while. God bless you." He laid his hand on the guard, and he blessed him, and the guard, Thomas Hankerton replied "God bless you sir, may you leave in safety."

As of now a hundred thousand Cnian men were being trained. Their standart rifle, the G36c was the most common among them, all other equipment was stored in side their transportation ships. Five hundred Merkva VII from the Independent Tank Corps were finding their positions as thousands of smaller, more maneuverable vehicles were assigned to their varoius units.

The Sky Armada prepped fifty Harriers for their mission, and another two hundred Su-47's. This would only be the first attachment as another seventy Harriers would soon be transfered from SA-2 Command Group, and three hundred Su-47's would be set aside from SA-3 HomeGuard Patrol, SA-7 Overseas Battalion, and SA-14 Reserve. The navy also had another two hundred aircraft to be carried along with them, mostly ground-support aircraft.

Dozens of seemingly normal fishing boats off the west coast were popping up, fishing. But within four hours they would be dumping stockpiles of FN-FALs and moderately conditioned M-16A2's in small random cities threw out the coast. If any religoius men were willing to fight they would be transfered the co-ordinates for the stock piles, if the Calizorinstan government didn't find them.

Out of the first stepped President Vladimir Petrovitch with his aides, while the others remained shut. Through the windows, however, you can see that there are heavily armed men waiting inside, guards.

The President stepped forwards, extending his hand in greeting, "Good day to you sir, I'm President Vladimir Petrovitch,"
The President then gestured towards the door of the second car, as it opened to reveal a man in priestly robes and wearing the symbols of several Christian denominations, "This is Archbishop Pedro Kevorkov, head of the Christian Alliance, a group dedicated to uniting the various Christian denominations within Dashkov."
"Greetings, Archbishop," said Pedro, "Only 9% of my fine country may be Christian, and within that the denominations may be mostly Orthodox or Catholic, but I hope you will find us a fitting place to rest yourself and prepare for what is to come."

The KLM flight was a normal one. There were flights every couple of days to and from Dashkov in Benelux. They would need to book a ticket to Greston and catch a flight from Greston to Brussels later that afternoon. In the mean time, the King needed to locate the exiled foreign official. He headed out the airport and noticed a convoy of several black cars with what looked to be John Arnolds and other, Dashkovian, men.

He approached the group addressing Arnolds, "Long time no see. Are we going to take a flight to Greston and then one from Greston to Brussels?"

Benard I sat at the head of the table in the situation room, the General's and heads of intelligence surrounded him, all looking to him for guidance. The elections were not yet official and the young monarch was preparing to issue his final orders as supreme head of state; as he spoke men nodded and jotted down notes on pads of paper to make sure they got things right. "Our first priority is the defense of Franklin Town, if Mackhed gets out of hand he may try to reclaim the city for Calizorinstan. John shook the hand of the President and he said to the Archbishop "Nice to meet you, and when I visit, I suppose you'd let me take communion even though I am an Anglican Archbishop. Via an agreement by SaintB, their churches are in the Calizorinstan Anglican Communion, and I oversee those churches as well. I was a fighter pilot before I became a priest, and a general at that. Well, enough about me, I've arranged for a KLM flight to Greston, then on to Brussels, but it's nice to see you gentlemen."

"I see. Please forward orders to all of our compounds within Calizorinstan to evacuate every non-military member of the League from Calizorinstan immediately. All military personell are to remain where they have been assigned until further notice."

The Bishops just solemnly looked up at him and they said in unison as the fires were lit "We will die for Christ, and we pray that Christ may re-enter this country." They chanted the Lord's Prayer, and then the fires consumed
them..

OOC: the AL doesnt have embassies. Their presence exists through large compounds (kinda similar in layout to a college campus) that they construct on land that they purchase within a nation. each of these compounds contains a homeless shelter, soup kitchen, free clinic, library, church, synagogue, and mosque that are all open for public use, as well as an AL recruitment center. Part of each compound is fenced off and comprised of a barracks and small armory for use by the AL military, as well as a small administrative center. there are usually anywhere from 25-200 members of the military wing of the AL in a compound at any one time.

There are about forty of these compounds scattered throughout Calizorinstan's major cities, having been there since John Arnold joined the AL andthe League expanded into Calizorinstan.

OOC: its an international organization, so not only can you have characters join, but the AL will expand into your nation and begin recruiting your citizens as well if your government allows it.

He just finished his current business and cleared stuff for this, he has no conferences or anything I am RPing that involves him besides this and this would be his business. So er.. yes. You just don't want me to because you don't like me and because I don't like Uiri ICly.

OOC: Same reasons Uiri doesn't like Greston ICly. Greston is really more neutral than having a hatred towards Uiri. Besides maybe after he gets to LS he will go back to Greston.

As the situation worsened within Calizorinstan activity within Goldaron's embassies and Franklin City increased to a fevered pitch. Evacuation and defensive strategies were put on the agenda should the worst come, the search for the Arnold family continued, both publically and in secret, and the first official meeting of Parliament was almost entirely taken up by a meeting on the "Calizorinstani Crisis" as it was being viewed as... extreme measures were being considered.

The new Prime Minister Herbert Walker and Monarch Benard I were spending time together each day discussing the matter in private behind closed doors; one of the more important issues was the number of Calizorinstani rebels who were using Franklin City and the surounding lands as a haven. Officially, the government of Goldaron had not taken a position regarding those forces, but as Calizorinstan was officially an ally there were very few options available.

Item #17 was brought before Parliament that friday just before the session closed for the weekend. The rather lengthy bill; written up by the Monarch himself; outlined the official policy to be adopted by Goldaron about the rebels hiding within the borders. As per the usual procedure each Minister was presented with a copy of the legislation to read over themselve while an abridged version was read, the bill passed 82 to 12 with the other six falling into undecided.

Official Communique to President Barry Mackhed
In Parliament, Friday the 21st of May it has been decreed by our Monarch Benard I and ratified in Parliament by majority vote that we will allow limited numbers of Calizorinstani officials to search for members of any rebel forces that may exist within the territory in the colonial area surounding Franklin Town providing the following conditions are met.

1. The Government of Calizorinstan must inform the Abassador of Goldaron of any operation that includes such details as the number of personell involved, and the location these operations are to take place.

2. No Citizen of Goldaron may be apprehended by Calizorinstan officials within our borders without express permission from our government for any reason. Calizorinstan must first provide evidence to obtain this permission

3. Calizorinstani Agents must respect the freedom of religion granted to the citizens of Goldaron, any such violation will result in the loss of Calizorinstan's jurisdiction.

Goladaron Military Aircraft Crashes Near Franklin Town
On Sunday March 23 at approximatly 9:06 am a CJ-19 cargo transport crashed just within the colonial borders of Franklin Town after an unknown system failure. The Aircraft was flying somewhere in the northern regions of the colony when it suddenly began to lose altitude and drift wildly to the left. Offcials from the Air Services have confirmed that the aircraft was carrying a large shipment of World Soviet Party made AK-21s and AT-4 disposable Anti Armor Rockets for the Colonial Militia.
"Fortunatly, all 3 crew members successfully evacuated the falling aircraft before it came to ground in a remote area, none of them were seriously injured." Colonol Robert Francis, the Air Services media representitive said. He also stated that arrangements were already being made to recover the cargo within minutes of the initial distress report. As of now, the identities of the crew members and the location of the crash have not been released.

OOC: Officially I am supporting the current government in hunting the rebels.. unoficially I crashed that damn jet on purpose so those rebels better hurry and claim that wreck before my military recovers them and cleans up the crash site... by you know.. thursday maybe. Damn slow ass buerocrats!

Leocardia warns anyone to hold Arnold in exile will be faced by Leocardia's angry might on the manhunt mission. We warn anyone who chooses to house him to leave him be.

President Macked looked out his window as two men kneeled their heads in prayer, the two remaining bishops of San Diego, Martin Kilrone, and Bob Thomas were praying for their lives. President Macked's face hardened, but he left them be, they could do no harm to him. He smiled as he saw the thieves of the streets dragged off, for crucifixion, the thieves he would be execution were Harry Bjornnes, the leader of the rebellion against the "Dictator for life" Macked, and Terry Shaw, the other co-ringleader.

He had already put to death via beheading in one day 900 people that he suspected of plotting against him. He then saw Harry Bjornnes, carrying the cross, and being whipped several times. Harry looked up at President Macked's face and he whispered "Lord, forgive them not for what they do.."

Harry's last words were "Lord, it is finished, and I ask ye to free my people from the slavery of the "Dictator for Life", and my final request is that the people may perserve, and I commend my soul into your hands.." He gave up the ghost upon the cross, and Terry Shaw said soon after "I am ready Lord, if thou wilst take me, I know this evil man will not reign forever.." He then also gave up the ghost.

The news channels, against the Dictator's orders, broadcast the info about the recent crucifixions.

President Macked decided to take a final stroll outside before bed, and as he walked outside, he was arrested by his own guard who said "We want President Arnold back! We are going to put you in the prison to await trial, and we have installed your brother as President, and we have called him back from exile!"

President Macked protested, and the guard said "President John Macked has sent a message to SaintB, and all other nations stating "We have saved all bishops that were awaiting execution, and we have restored the state religion, and we have called the 6 executed bishops martyrs. The people are once again in a free nation."

Dictator Macked cursed the guards and his brother as he was led off to prison.
