All Nations Located Within Eastern Haven
Following a recent resurgence in intra-Havenic politics, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic-Socialist Union of Labhekistan formally proposes a diplomatic summit to be attended by any interested nations which are found within the area designated by Labhekistan to be “Eastern Haven.” (The nations listed above). Following the dissolution of the Allied Union of North-Eastern Havenic Nations (AUNEHN) some months ago, as well as the intra-regional conflagration that occurred in more recent times, our nation believes that in the interest of all Eastern Havenic nations, a summit should be held for the establishment of economic and defensive partnerships, as well as to promote peace and prosperity throughout all our nations.
Thus, we cordially representatives from each of the listed nations to meet here in Augustgrad in the spirit of friendship and equality, to discuss matters which are relevant to all our nations. We recognize that many of the nations invited here are members of different alliances, having differing forms of government; from a wide range of races and cultures. However, we sincerely hope that we will be able to set aside our differences for the benefit of all of us and come to a firm and forthcoming agreement.
In Augustgrad we have comfortable diplomatic accommodations available for more than one hundred ambassadors and staff, within walking distance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The tentative date for this summit is set for March 22 of this year. We would ask any diplomatic and ambassidorial staff to arrive at least three days prior for ease of accomadation. To those nations who have already been contacted through other channels, we invite your diplomats to arrive as you see fit, as we have already recieved confirmation of your requests to attend.
To any nation that has not yet replied, please confirm that you are willing to attend by replying to the above address before March 19.
With gratitude and respect,
Nikolai Zabirova
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Labhekistan

The Mondothian delegation would like to place on the agenda discussions regarding the disposition of, Sula, Ceylon, Mya and Tryne, being holdings of nations not otherwise involved in Eastern Haven, as well as a proposal to extend the planned Eastern-Haven Transportation corridor as a joint, continental venture and potential trade organization and the current situation regarding the former state of Yuslevakia. We believe these issues have an impact on all Eastern-Havenic nations and hope that the other attendees will agree and that reasonable agreements and accommodations can be made.

The autonomous territory of Muncheria will be in attendance. It is past time for Muncheria to see to its own affairs, as the New Heisen government has not seen fit to see to them in our name. We shall be sending a delegation via an express business jet, expect HondaJet tail number November-Echo-Foxtrot, Three-One-Four, One-Five-Nine-Two-Six.

The Eastern Havenic Empire will be sending a delegation to this conference with the hopes of cementing ties with our Eastern Havenic brethren. Flight arrangements are currently being made and the Cravanian delegation to SEHN should arrive around a tentative date of March 17th. Further communication will occur as the travel date approaches to finalize arrangements.

Official Imperial Communiqué
The Sovereign Empire of Alacea
To: Labhekistan
From: Office of the Lord Consul
indentAs the founder of the [sadly] shortlived AUNEHN, we think it is imperative that our Empire send a delegation to SEHN. We look forward to rebuilding ties with Labhekistan.
However, we now face even greater issues than mere economic trade and military pacts- two large blocs, APOC and its affiliates, and NATO-Gholgoth. We feel this issue needs to be a focus of the summit- it may tear our region apart if it isn't addressed. Whereas a union of the eastern half of Haven would be nigh impossible, what with the great diversity in culture and ideology, we hope peace and prosperity can be reached at the meeting.
We will be sending the promising young ambassador James Markus, along with several aids. Please expect the party arriving in an Augustgrad airport on 3.18.2008.
Thank You,
Gordon Barkove
Lord Consul of the Alacean Empire

We seek a great deal of friendship and cooperation in the area and, as such, it behooves us to send our own delegation to the summit. Cardinel Melissa James will arrive on the seventeeth of this month.

SUB: Attendance
Having noted the movement for discussion of the "disposition" of three Duchies of the Imperium, a rather startling turn of phrase that has frankly set Her Majesty on edge, we feel that this summit has taken on a rather greater importance than previously countenanced. Therefor, the Imperium formally informs the Labhekistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs that a delegation will be attending this conference. Expect no more than ten people to arrive by supersonic transport within the next 48 hours.

Achille Conti reclined in his seat, the gentle hum of the plane's engines drifting throughout the cabin. They'd been airborne for some time, but he'd gotten some sleep in since the quick fuel stop in Kolchedan, Hjeltland. Probably won't be able to return that way... He turned about and prodded the Co-Pilot, who leaned against the cockpit door. "How much time?"
"We're entering their Air Defense Zone now, we'll be down shortly for a quick refueling stop before we reach the capitol. Speaking of..." The Co-Pilot reached over and flipped a switch. "HondaJet November-Echo-Foxtrot, Three-One-Four, One-Five-Nine-Two-Six, request permission to enter Labhekistan Air Defense Zone, approximately fifteen nautical miles out."
================================================
That evening, Achille relaxed in his room, flipping through the various channels available. Refreshingly free of Capitalistic garbage, he thought, noting the television profile that he'd been given. They must've done their research about me for this room. Oh well, the world shall know soon enough
ooc: assume that I will be present at all the applicable meetings, just in the name of not having millions of travel posts.

The Governor of Chevrokia's Hjeltland District, Ragnar Árnason, stepped out of walked down the stairway set up next to the VC-175A Sigrun II supersonic transport that he had flown in to the airport in Augustgrad. Though admittedly, the distance from Hjeltland was not particularly far, and there weren't all that many VC-175s available, one just happened to be in Hjeltland prior to Árnason leaving to the Summit, so he used it to fly to Labhekistan before it went back to the mainland. As he was driven to downtown Augustgrad, he pondered the many matters which might be discussed at the Summit.
(OOC: Heh, it's not a great post, but I should get something better once this deal starts.)
Mondoth City Inter-Nat'l Airport
Mondoth Air was an institution of the country, ever since it's beginnings as an air-courier service the company had been almost universally above reproach. It had continued through various nationalizations, privatizations, re-nationalizations and re-privatizations without compromising it's considerable standards, or it's bottom line, and remained one of the few major Mondothian companies to resist incorporation into the Drako Conglomerate since the revolution.
One of Mondoth Air's sources of pride was it's uninterrupted and unchallenged status as Carrier of the Mondothian Government, through revolutions and wars the Mondothian Government had never had to acquire it's own diplomatic transports, and instead relied on Mondoth Air owned and operated air-craft for all their needs, more often then not using regularly scheduled flights.
Luckily for Co-Chair of the National Commission Salhadin, this was not a regularly scheduled flight, for not even the considerable prestige of his position could have kept the flight on the ground had it been. Instead, his absence was the last thing keeping the chartered aircraft from it's flight and his arrival quickly resulted in it's departure.
For the initial leg of the flight, the plane carrying all four of Mondoth's co-chairs of the National Commission was escorted by a squadron of Mondothian interceptors, But shortly after the Aircraft refueled of the Ambrose Sea, the fighter escort dropped away.
Soon, the aircraft was entering Labhekistan air-space.

The plane settled smoothly to the tarmac, and taxied to the gate where the Mondothian diplomatic Corps. had already prepared a small reception, giving the delegation time to stretch from the flight before continuing on to prepared hotel where the delegation would rest and converse before and during the conference.
(OOC: Sorry for the long post, it's late and I fear I rambled a bit.)
