Overview
The New Black Dawn is a criminal/terrorist organization formed up mainly from exiled criminals.
History
The New Black Dawn originally began as a prison gang on a penal island. The island was far away from its home nation. Criminals were sent there with supplies. It would be up to them to live and function as a society. Every month, a large cargo ship would bring food, supplies and more prisoners. One month, members of The New Black Dawn and several other gangs attacked the ship's guards and captured the ship.
The ship sailed for days, eventually coming upon an untouched island. The island was claimed in the name of The New Black Dawn.
Since that day, The New Black Dawn has grown, both in populace and economically.
Sources of Income
Drugs
One of the main sources of income for this organization, it is distributed throughout the world. Typical drugs include, marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and ecstasy.
Piracy
Throughout the years, The New Black Dawn has captured many different ships ranging from cargo ships, fishing trawlers to proper navy vessels. These ships are typically used in secretive piracy operations often aimed at lone cargo ships or oil tankers. Once captured, the ships are brought back to the island and doctored, so the appear to belong the members of The New Black Dawn.
Plundering
When an opportunity comes up, sometimes members of The New Black Dawn will raid coastal towns and villages of a third world nation. Typical targets include food, oil and weaponry.
Revolts
In situations where a nation has an uprising, several steps are taken.
1) Raiding of Coastal Towns
Coastal towns are often raided, and citzens brutally murdered.
2) Capture of Naval Ships
Whenever possible, proper naval ships are captured and brought back to the island.
3) Capture of Military Equipment
Whenever possible, military bases close to the coast are raided and weapon and equipment are stolen. This can be anything ranging from an AK-47 to a MBT.
4) Capture of Slaves or Refugess
People wishing to flee the nation are sometimes taken, so long as they appear to be able to provide something to The New Black Dawn. Slaves, especially women are sometimes captured. Male slaves are broken down mentally in hopes they can join The New Black Dawn. Women typically become sex slaves, used to ensure the growth of The New Black Dawn.
5) Rescue of Revolutionaries
If the revolution fails, sometimes attempts are made to rescue the revolutionaries, especially military personal. This is because they don't have many other choices and they already feel their government had failed them.
The Island
Official documents on size and climate are not kept, but is a semi tropical island, rich in farmland.

Ground
The ground forces are a rag tag group made up of people ''brainwashed'' to fight. They believe in the ideals of The New Black Dawn and will do anything to protect it. They are not well trained, but very disciplined a very ruthless. In almost all cases, of plundering and other such operations, they are responsible for the mass murders of entire towns.
