As Consul of the Republic, I, Gnaeus Tulius Pratus, hereby declare the following:
The Confederated Imperium of Trailers, their Emperor Hadriel of Syracusa Aftokrator, and all of her citizens are hereby declared friend and ally of the Republic. Let it be known that they now stand side by side. That the traders, enterprises and citizens shall mix freely. That when the manipules of the Republic take to the field, so to shall the phalanx of Trailers be found.
