Zanski

Zansk president Pablo Azani looked down in his helicopter.
Below him he could see what remained of the capital city of Mhoudia, Mhoud.
There were many fires still blazing and smoke filled the sky;
He could see his soldiers running in and out of houses, lining people up against walls and executing them with a burst of gunfire.
There were huge piles of burning bodies, the remnants of the once dominant Dar-Ul Ummah militia that had ruled Mhoudia for five years.
Every now and again, the helicopter would fire at militants fleeing the city. The key phrase here was no prisoners.
There was a fortified base just outside the city that the Zansk army had used during their 1960-1965 occupation of Mhoudia, and it was here Azani was travelling to.
After a while, the helicopter touched down and Azani stepped out, surrounded by soldiers. They led him down a ladder into a room with many soldiers and generals.
"Hello, Warriors of the Peoples Union.
Over the past seven years, we have invaded Mhoudia three times. We have scored victory after victory. Against the Imperial Socialist Republic of Mhoudia, we destroyed their economy. When they started to kill our Christian allies in the southwest of this country, we were there and stirred up rebellions that stalled the genocide. But the rebels, the Dar Ul Ummar betrayed us, and were just as cruel to their Christian compatriots.
So we conquered West Jayir. Two years passed, and again they resumed their killing, and that led us on to this war.
Although we have won this part of the war, the DUU will no doubt stir up trouble in the form of an insurgency.
We are prepared, soldiers.
We are a state, unlike them. We will win these people over, not by force, but by a show of our kindness. Execution is mandatory for any major abuse of civillians, and by god we will carry it out. We will build them good hospitals with free healthcare, rebuild the houses we destroyed, and build beyond that even.
However, show the DUU no mercy.
We have authorised the use of poison gas, but only in bases.
We will, as is usual, set up carefully watched militias loyal to our cause and
give them political control over the regions they are prevalent in.
Follow my doctrine, men, and we will not lose.
I wish you men a happy occupation."
