the use of chemical weapons is agaisnt the Hegemony charter. Caz, i suggest you retcon that, lest a court-martial or two become neccesary.

Black Smoke was developed in 2003 for use against violent mobs. The weapon turned out to be letahl, and it was immediately modified to cause the nerves to simulate the feeling of being in a fire if inhaled. Direct skin contact only causes tingling.
The weapon was later found to be close to lethal to people with Asthma, but that was found a necessary sacrifice, since asthma is not a condition Cazelians suffer. The chemical was later adopted by the IDMC and the IDMAC for the clearing of buildings in peacekeeping operations, as well as combat.
The weapon was tested once in Tatotm just before the Caz'e Londinian war.
It has remained with the armed forces ever since.

If Caez launches ballistic missiles even if they are non-nuclear there is no reliable way to confirm they are non-nuclear, as the warhead could be EMP/LASER shielded and make detecting the material inside impossible.

I will shoot down as many as I can because I will not want to see a nuclear war.

This is for the American Privateer and in a way Leocardia.

Firstly the Hydrazine tanks were a minor issue about the spy satellites and were completely blown up by a missile. If your satellites were shot down they'd be blown up.

Secondly by pushing Godrods out of the sky why would they burn up completely? More likely since their cargo is made for reentry, they'd enter a highly irregular path based on their shapes and upper atmospheric wind currents, and descend rapidly, breaking into dozens of pieces and creating a dangerous meteorite shower wherever they land.

As for your Space Elevators, as an owner of 6 space elevators, 5 governmental, one private, destroying those things would be the last thing on our minds. I even ban my military from using space elevators due to the extreme danger they represent.

Situation slightly confusing.

OOC: With conflicting reports and our general inability to contact the major higher ups in Leocardia, it seems like a real nuclear strike. There is no way to tell if a ballistic missile is a nuclear one or not. Because Leocardia says it is one, we are treating it as one. To be fair I've only launched a tactical retaliatory strike, not a full strategic one. But if more die a strategic strike is necessary.

However, I will only retaliate, I never do a first strike. Well seemingly retaliate.

Also, I don't think that my nation would like it if nuclear radiation came spilling off Greal and into my colony there. Greal is now under my nuclear umbrella. I will also be intervening in Greal within the next few days once I get the situation worked out with AMF. Due to my RL constraints I think I'm being rather generous here.

BTW I am flying about 1.5 million troops all to Sasha, Commanders are waiting on orders. Though a few will go to the ports to help the fleet fight off enemy at the ports.
