To all nations capable of traveling accross the stars, and all arcane entities capable of making their way to Ephseus:
In cooperation with his Imperial Majesties wishes, The Warhaven Department of Foreign Relations hereby opens the world of Ephseus to all foreign entities for the establishment of Embassies upon, within, or above it.
Any Embassy so established shall be done so only with respect to Imperial laws, as follows:
1) No embassy shall exceed one square mile in length, width, or depth, if established on the world of Ephseus. These requirements are halved for those that take refuge beneath the soil, and doubled for those who choose to tow in their own space station.
2) anyone establishing a station must put it in Geo-synchronus Orbit no closer than the outermost layer of atmosphere.
3) You may have up to 100 armed personel in your embassy at any time, for any reason. You may have if needed, up to 5,000 unarmed persons to operate a station if established in space, and up to 500 unarmed persons if established anywhere on or within the planet.
4) Ephseus is a populated world, you must respect pre-existing population centers, and areas set aside for farms and ranches. You may establish an embassy no closer than one mile from any city, town, village, or large farm. This shall apply to any seeking embassies underground as well. Those who choose to have space stations must not establish orbit above a city, but are free to do so elsewhere, so long as they do not blot out an ungainly portion of the systems' star, Oceanstar.
5) you may have one ship in system at any time, but it's weapons must be powered down.
6)Under no circumstances are you to ever enter a Void Nexus for any reason at all whatsoever. Violate this rule at your own risk, The Warhaven Government is NOT responsible for anything that happens in connection to you entering a Void Nexus.
7) Anyone capable of less than scientific powers, commonly refferred to as Magic, Psionics, Jedi/Sith mind powers, or any other form not listed here, must adhere strictly to the laws of the Warhaven Department of Mysteries concerning the usage of their powers.
8) You will be assigned a location on Ephseus, according to your needs and desires.
9) These rules may be altered at any time without notice.
