Kraken Class Submarine contract competition

The government of the Northern Baltic has recently decided that there is a need for a new, advanced submarine to replace the various attack submarines that are currently in service with the Northern Baltic navy. All nations may submit as many designs as they like. Each design must include a price and specifications. A picture is requested, but not required. The winner of the competition will receive an initial order for 50 submarines, 20 of which must be built in the Northern Baltic. $15,000,000,000 will be given to the winner, plus money for the 50 submarines. The winner of the competition must also provide us with the construction blueprints and building rights for the (soon to be) Kraken Class Submarine.

The Binarian Ship Building and Salvage Corporation offers the Halcyon Class Attack Submarine (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13340089&postcount=6). We will provide DPRs for the munitions deployed by the Halcyon.

Also, though it shouldn't really affect anything, I'm changing the (soon to be) new submarine class to Jörmungandr Class. Kraken Class will be a ballistic missile submarine (when I decide to adopt one).
