With a voter turnout of 96.89 % percent of eligible voters and 99.372 % percent of the vote, 96.287 % of all eligible voters for against no opponent. And 91 % of the national United Vote Block. Was elected on Sunday Feb 24, 2008 as President of the Council of State and Council of Ministers. By 100 % of the 609 National Assembly Parliment NAP deputys present out of 614 democratically elected Deputys. (99.19 % Percent).
