After having seen some wonderful logos, government insignias and coat-of-arms here at the International Incident forums, I am tempted to find some for my own nation. Alas, I lack the skills and the means for making such (you can only go so far with Paint ;) ).

For that reasons, I was wondering if there was any artist here on the Forums with some time on their hands and a desire to help out. I am looking for somebody who could visualize some of the concepts I have in my head for various insignias and coat-of-arms.

Some of the insignias I'm looking for (but by no means all):
- Halsar coat-of-arms (the royal family): crowned hind's head in silver, on a sky-blue field.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs: the Halsar crowned hind, superimposed on a stylized globe, underneath the word Ulkoasiainministeriö
- Order of the Blood Tear (think of Knights of the Garter and various other knighthoods): round seal, blood-red tear on a white field. In style similar to the Templar Seal (http://www.religioustattoos.net/Images/Other_Symbols/knights_templar.jpg). On the surrounding ring, the text Sigillum Ordo Cruoris MCDXCV.
- Northern Rangerian Defence Corps: the Halsar crowned hind above a horizontal pike in silver, on a black shield
