I have an idea, who wants to have a quantum leap story for NS. It'll be similar to quantum leap only instead of occurring in earth history, it'll ICly happen after quantum leap and occur in NS history.

Righty-ho, you've got yourself an antagonist!

The Chronoguard:
A department of Project 2 (Temporal Transportation), tasked with stopping any unauthorized excursions into history, and with preserving the timeline as it is at the moment, not allowing chrono-terrorists or temporal vandals to get to work.

A dangerous foe, especially since they can perform an "eradication" of someone (a well-timed knock on the door or killing of their mother/grandmother), as well as having access to an arsenal of weapons stretching from 20 000 BC right up to 2200 AD. After that period, control is taken over by the Future Watch of the 23rd Century.

In addition, they are equipped with portals that allow them to jump from now to any time period, along with an extensive map of naturally-occuring portals. Their objective is normally to capture the said party and bring them back for "Enhanced Interrogation" followed by "Retro-clearing", before being let back out onto the streets not knowing quite what happened in the last few weeks.

I'll be a 'chaos' side. Is this permitted?

I would like to play an antagonist who's sole goal is to use the Quantum Leap for his own personal gain.

You'll need to elaborate, I don't know who they are. If they appear in the show Quantum Leap then I still wouldn't know because I only have seen three seasons so far.
