My fellow national leaders, I bid you all health and prosperity in the hopes of a bright future! It has come to my attention that the nations of the geographic location known as Eastern Europe have had little to no communication or diplomatic exchanges in the past few years. I wish to change this with your help.

I invite each of you to my capital for a Eastern European Summit by which we may confer with each other to the betterment of our peoples and to solve the issues which we face in our own nations and abroad. Hopefully through these talks we may forge a new era in the diplomatic conversation of our region and improve the economic life of our people.

Dear Duke Achaeus Leto,

The Royal Domain would be honoured to attend this summit of nations. It has always been in the best interests of the world to further amicable relations, and we trust that the ultimate result will be a step towards this goal.

Unfortunately, as the Secretary of State for the Foreign Office will be attending another pan-Europa summit, he will be unable to attend. The Lord High Chancellor for Barronia Europa will be attending in his stead. The Right Honourable Augusts Krall, the current Lord High Chancellor, is well-versed in foreign matters and will undoubtedly prove fit for purpose.

An agenda for the summit would be a welcome addition.
