Shigostan

Recently, a rebellion has taken place in the great nation of Shigostan. We have been waiting for the day we could finally throw off the chains of our dictator, and two days ago, that day came. We have taken the capital of Shigostan, Shigo City, and are beginning to reform the Government, however, former Government forces still loyal to the dictator have been gaining much ground in the last 24 hours.
If they make it to the capital, all hope will be lost for our people, and God only knows what will happen to us and the freedom of our country.
Our dictator hasn't been in power long, but in the short time he has, he's managed to destroy nearly all civil liberties, cut off relations with the UN, and increase the size of the military 20 fold. He's also increased funding for special training for soldiers, so they are very well trained and deadly.
Here is the basic status report of what is attacking, versus what we have to defend against the attack:
Former Government Loyalty Forces: Roughly 1.2 million active, 100,000 of which have been trained for advanced urban and forest/marsh warfare, and another 800,000 that are ready to attack at any point.
USSU Forces: We have about 400,000 defending the country, 120,000 of which are in the capital currently, the rest are spread out in the country side or defending some of our smaller cities we've captured.
As you can see, our hope for freedom is slim, and the moral of the people are quickly dwindling. Our only hope now is to plee for international support, and so I come to you. Please, we beg of you, free us.
