This is the Act for any other Nation to join my nation whether it's for becoming a city in my state or the president whatever.
As a part of the legal government this Act states that any person planning on becoming a part of my nation must sign this act and make it official. This Act won't have much rules due to I believe in giving people their rights(as long as they talk it through with me first).
