World Customs Alliance

The goal of this document is to neither declare peace nor to prepare for war, to neither prepare for peace nor to declare war; rather, it is for the common good.
All across this planet, nations that have arisen have become powerful; some have fallen, others have not. To what end they have arisen does not matter; what does is their economic attitudes towards those who are not them.
Simply put, this humble document is presented before the world as an offering. An offering of peace, of stability. An offering of such great reward that some in the world who can barely feed their families will say "Yes!", and that resounding note will reaffirm our hopes, our dreams: that one day, the world would stop it's unneeded wars, it's wasted tariffs.
And to that end comes the five points of this document.
1) The members of the World Customs Alliance shall meet and agree upon the establishment of one currency that all member nations will use forthwith until the end of time.
2) The members of the World Customs Alliance shall not and never impose taxes, tariffs, or any other embargoes on items being sent to other countries or received from other countries.
3) The members of the World Customs Alliance shall donate 2% of their yearly earnings to the World Customs Alliance, where it will be distributed among it's members evenly.
4) The members of the World Customs Alliance shall meet every four years to elect a new leader; the first leader shall be the founder, and will host two (2) delegates from each member state in their nation to discuss issues brought to them by the member nations.
5) The members of the World Customs Alliance shall not and never declare war against any other member of the World Customs Alliance; doing so shall forfeit their membership and the former member nation shall be blacklisted from the World Customs Alliance list.
To any and all nations; hear our plea. It's time for a world of less hassle and less pain. Join, and together we can build a better tomorrow. Capitalists or Communists, Radicals or Ultraconservatives; all are welcome into the brotherhood.
