The People's Republic of XanaMing is a neutral country and is the founder of the World Conglomerate region, often operated as a corporation in its stead.

On behalf of Conglomerate XanaMing is seeking a powerful nation in which Conglomerate security forces may be trained in specialized surgical strike combat and special operations.

XanaMing and the rest of the Conglomerate is neutral, however due to its massive trade and business enterprises throughout the world, security forces act as its main defense against pirates, and or renegade military organizations. It is something closest to a military for the Conglomerate.

Although Conglomerate Security Forces (CSF) have been renowned in securing many trade routes, I feel that it is beneficial if 5,000 of the CSF's best be trained in a foreign nation for further training.

If any country is willing to accept this, they will be paid 150,000,000 million Yuto in compensation. The Conglomerate is one of the richest trade nations and we would be happy to provide any additional funds if neccessary.
