Since the early 16's The Kingdom of Oblivion has been ruled by the lorathean dynasty. As long as this kingdom has been around oblivion has been a strong military, economic and scientific power in the world. But in the year 2015 this dynasty may see it's end!

"this is diane simms reporting here at the Oblivion Palace inside the city of Briston where just hours ago the Queens oldest son prince valkan was murdered. Currently debates are going on inside between Prince Denbert and his Uncle Damien are currently debating on who gets control of the kingdom. Denbert being only 14 years old is unfit to rule."

"Breaking news, here with Diane Simms we have reports that prince Denbert has been shot! I Repeat Prince Denbert has been shot! For those of you just tuning in here's an update! After hours of debating the court has ruled Prince Denbert the King of Oblivion, Damien, outraged has shot the entire supreme court and the prince, and has declared himself Emporer of Oblivion, It is unknown at this time if the prince has survived!

"Gerald lutizach reporting, we have confirmed reports that the prince has survived and his organizing the military forces still loyal to him to counteract Damien's Sepertist army!"

2 and a half months later:
After much fighting the Kingdom and Empire of Oblivion are at a standoff. The country is equally divided between the two and only one side will remain standing! It's is now up to you as leaders of your respective countries to side with these two warring factions, or will you be the greater evil/good and attempt to invade the country and install your own government?

OOC: Could more detail be given pertinent to the espoused values of each side here? That could be an important determinant in getting involved, and if so, who to support.

Kingdom resources:
The kingdom mountains in the north are rich in iron tin and tungstien. These materials together gross aproximatly 3.2 billion dollars annually.

The oil fields in kingdom territory produces about 750,000 barrels a day.
Forestry is a prevelant industry in kingdom territory and grosses aproximately 2 billion dollars.
Industry and production grosses about 6 billion dollars a year.

Since Kingdom territory is so diverse the soldiers trained here are well balanced.

Population in area: aprox 750 million

Empire resources:
The empire mountains in the west are mostly gold and iron producers with minor deposists of titanium. The mountains gross about 4 billion years annually


The forests in empire turf are full of old ancient oaks as apposed to the boreal forests of the north. These forests gross 2.3 billion a year.

The oilfield in empire territory is much larger than kingdom and grosses over 2 million barrels of oil per day!

Industry here only grosses about 4 billion a year as many able bodied workers are conscripted into the imperial army.

Our people are disgusted to hear that Mr. Damien has shot his own nephew! We are a very famliy orientated nation and we are also a warrior race, so we find it rather irresponsible and childish to harm a family member out of rage. With that said, The USSN hereby announces its support of the faction that has named itself "Kingdom of Oblivion". We as of now recognize them as the rightful and sole government of Oblivion.We,for now,will not send our military, but The Kingdom is free to purchase as much materials from us as they need.
All products will be sold to them at one-quarter of their normal price.

Major General Johnson took his place at the podium and announced to the collective solders in the room.
"Ok ladies listen up! We just got word that daimen is preparing to mobilize his 32nd armor division to move in and take back the Oblivion palace in the capital city Briston! At this point King Denbert's 42nd Mechanized is not ready to counteract this threat! Therefore we must delay them for as long as possible!"

"Sir do we have a plan?" Asked 2nd Lt omaha.

"Course we got a plan. Right here!"
The general Pointed to a valley
"The enemy plans on using this valley to move the armor through and hit the city. We are gonna hit theleft side of the valley with the f-22's and collapse there exit and force them to head through the omasha pass! That's when you come in you will be droped in this location (to the right of the enemy) via 15 orca VTOL transports. From there you will have to make rapid strikes using the vechicles we have dropped at the site to take out key enemy vechicles. You will have only some f-22 support, but we cant risk sending them in until there AA vechicles are destroyed. you need to delay the enemy for approximately 4 hours. This is a very dangoures mission so i don't expect all of you to come back..... Now do we have any volunteers?"

All hands shot up.
"Ok then prep your gear we drop you in at 03:00!"

At 06:00 15 Vtols left Briton Airfield towards the Omasha pass with the intent of stalling the enemy.

90 commandos altogether each wearing there own powered armor.
(For description and stats look up saintB intergrated arms. It's called the Spartain light powered armor.)

After the f-22's had done there job these nintey men and women set up a camp on the Omasha pass waiting for the enemy to convoy to get here.

Message to all nations aiding (or wishing to aid) the Kingdom forces

The kingdom calls for aid to defend her Capital of Briston. Imperial forces are due to arrive at the capital in about 9hrs and our Mechanized divison may not be able to cut it. Please in the name of liberty and freedom send aid to help rid us of these imperialist dogs.
