Five Hundred Millionth Child Born!
Tzargrad: According to a doctor in the capital city, the five hundred millionth child has been born to the family of Vladimir and Katarina Vinogradov (OOC: revealing his surname to all). The child, a daughter born at a healthy weight and with no health problems, was given the name of Valentina and was personally given citizenship by the Empress herself. Vladimir Vinogradov is the Empress' personal assistant and has been a close friend of her family for many years. This is not the only birth significantly popular on the news; as the news of the birth of an Ixanian-Cuban child named Anastacio hits the airwaves.

The Rucinsky Letter Revealed!
According to the Foreign Ministry, Ivan Rucinsky has sent a friendly letter to the nation of Bulgia's Communist Party leader, Ms. Lubmila Kronyatensko; in the hopes of establishing a friendship if her party comes to power in Bulgia. Ivan Rucinsky did not deny writing the letter; saying that he hopes Bulgia can become a friend of Ixania whether or not it is Communist; he has even sent similar letters to the Stalinist leaders of Bulgislavia. "Ideological differences will not prevent us from establishing friendships." Ivan Rucinsky told several reporters. "We will proceed with our plans to make Bulgia and Bulgislavia into friends of the Empire."

Karasov Soda Company Flourishes!
The Karasov Soda Company; Neo-Ixania's largest family owned corporation, has announced that it has a surplus revenue; thanks to the recent boost in sales. Founded in the 1950s as a small chain of soda stores, the Karasov Soda Company has become one of Ixania's largest corporations; standing alongside corporations such as the Tokarev Arms Company in terms of size and wealth. The K.S.C has a monopoly on the Soda Sales industry but has allowed competition; its CEO, Alexander Karasov II, saying that it is against proper market doctrines to forbid competition; he often has joked that he will crush them into the dust. Karasov Soda Company sales skyrocketed during the months of July and August with their new "Summer Soda" flavors and with their recent involvement in the filming of the movie: "Trinity"; as their soda is seen in the movie. The Tokarev Arms Company; the family owned corporation that reigns over the Arms Manufacturing industry, has also experienced growth due to Neo-Ixania's stable economy. It is unknown as to how long corporations such as these will experience growth but for now; they are simply overjoyed by the news.

Matrimonial Celebrations Erupt in Tzargrad!
George Schverzinski, one of the many cousins of Empress Anastasia II, has married Dora Heide, the daughter of Emperor Julius II of Pro Patria Puritania, in an elaborate marriage ceremony today that brought the two nations closer together despite their alliance and the confirmation of the love between Arnold Ackermann, an Ixanian-German diplomat and Claudia zu Gernstein, the head advisor of Emperor Julius II. George and Dora first met each other when Julius and Dora enjoyed a vacation/diplomatic meeting in Ixania and fell in love nearly instantly. The two were officially permitted to marry by their parents and were wed in the city of Tzargrad in front of multitudes of cheering citizens. Empress Anastasia II expressed her best wishes for the newlyweds as did millions of people all over Ixania. A holiday was declared for students and workers in honor of the event.

A Trinity of Blessings
Prince George of Ixania's wife, the Puritanian Princess Dora has given birth to unidentical triplets named Heinrich, Hedwig and Wilhelm at a local hospital under the care of zealous doctors and nurses, says a spokesman for the Imperial Family. The triplets were all born as healthy children without any medical problems and are of good weight and size. Both George and Dora were thrilled about their newborns' births and have retired into private life for a while in order to give them the proper "care and love that they all equally deserve".

Empress Anastasia II, George's cousin, has sent numerous gifts (and her best wishes) to the family including ornate cribs, music boxes and stuffed animals. Many people in the citizenry and nobility/aristocracy have also sent their best wishes (and gifts) alongside the Empress of Ixania in honor of this prestigious event.

Love and Vengeance

Voladea Lunares is one of the well known characters in Ixanian animation. A young woman killed by the drug cartel her father brought down in the series, Voladea Lunares returns to Earth in Valkeri's cult classic series to gain her vengeance only to fight with the father who is tormented by visions of her demise.

In 2003, the infamous animated series Death's Mistress became a cult classic with many people adoring the series due to its dramatic plot and the excellent quality of the animation. The series was about the life of Detective Mardin Lunares whose life is shattered after the death of his beloved daughter who returns to Earth as a murderous spirit. It finished in 2005 after the creator of the series, Zerin Valkeri, announced that he would cease production. Valkeri, however, has announced today that the long awaited movie version of his series will be released in theatres all over the Ixanian Empire on Thursday with the many fans of the series still cheering in the streets. Valkeri has often stated that he created the series after studying tales of vengeful spirits and child murder in his hometown. It was also dedicated to the parents of missing and murdered children and those children who lost their lives. According to Ixanian police reports, there are many missing children that have either been found dead or which have not been found after many years.

The series first premiered on Ixanian television on April 21st, 2003 along with thirteen volumes of graphic novels illustrated by a childhood friend of Valkeri. The plot of the movie, according to Valkeri, is going to be based upon the series but go further into the backstories of the characters which wasn't really done in the series. Mardin Lunares will be portrayed by successful Ixanian actor John Veldahar who is very well loved by the ladies while Lunares' daughter will be portrayed by Sevestra Sena. Both of them are well known for their roles in live action films and it will be the first time that both of them will be voice actors in an animated film. Valkeri personally chose the two since he felt both of them would give the movie a good aura and that their voices were "more than suitable" for the characters they were to portray in the hour long film. Advance screenings of the film generally recieved good reviews during the last week. Valkeri is expected to be working on an entirely new series in the future but he has given no information about it other than these words: "....Just expect my signature on a new piece of paper."
