The Democratic Republic of Kuampyala hereby welcomes any and all interested nations to establish embassies in our country. Honoring our policy of positive non-alignment, we view the world with indiscriminate openmindedness and view and treat all nations equally, regardless of size, stature, ideology, or culture. Thus, we are exerting ourselves in a bid to promote genuine cooperation among all countries that are willing to accept Kuampyala for what it is. We seek neither entangling alliances, nor enmity, nor rivalry with any country. We do not want to be involved directly or indirectly in any attempt to subjugate a state or group of states. One hundred percent neutrality will be observed in times of peace and in times of war. Our national independence will be zealously maintained, regardless of the cost in blood.
Those nations who agree to honor our non-alignment and to accept our nation for what it is, are invited to establish diplomatic relations with our country. However, a few conditions must be met:
The plot of land on which your embassy is built cannot exceed 100 acres.
You may have no more than 12 armed guards.
No weapons of mass destruction may be on the embassy grounds. This includes nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons.
Those deemed Enemies of the State by the Kuampyalese government may not be given refuge on the embassy grounds.
Your embassy is forbidden from broadcasting anti-government messages or disseminating anti-government literature, media, etc.
