IC: The Candavan diplomat had arrived at the Neo-Ixanian Embassy, waiting for the other diplomat. A new alliance was about to be formed, one that hopefully, would benefit both nations.

Svetlana Sturmer arrived at the embassy; finding the Candavan diplomat within several minutes. She smiled as she walked towards him; ready to shake his hand. "My name is Svetlana Sturmer; I am a spokeswoman for the Foreign Ministry of Neo-Ixania. I am here to discuss an alliance with you."

Well, we have oil and gold above all. That is the reason the Grand Empire fought so hard to keep us from independence, because we are up to our ears in offshore oil. We have gold mines and there are still diamond mines open. We also are setting up commercial fishing and we have automobiles. Do any of these appeal to you?
