In order to deter an increase in anti-government agitation, the Emir of Duvalieria has signed an order authorizing the use of the garrotte to punish sedition and treason. Previously all executions in Duvalieria had been conducted by hanging.

And garrotting is any mjore detering than hanging? Just take more individual effor on the part of the executioner. It's no more impressive or horrifying than hanging...

We generally just put a round to the head of the one being executed. It's more effecient.

Try tourniquets around the neck, much slower and painful.

I thought this up but can't do it in Greston bu you know the choke collars used to train dogs? Put one around the persons neck then hang him with it or tie it to the back of a car and drive. The prongs on it will stab into his neck and it is very painful and instead of the quick bite like snap it is intended to do it becomes a metal rope of death. :p

The GWO uses several methods of torture. It's really the Executioner's choice on how to kill the victim. Several common methods include:

-Beating to death with blunt objects
-Drilling a single hole in the top of the prisoner's skull, then hanging them upside down
-Throwing them into the crowd of spectators, in cases of Public Execution
-Cutting off a limb and making sure it gets infected, causing a slow and painful death
-Ripping eyeballs from their sockets, pouring flammable acids in before burning the insides of the prisoner's head out

Numerous other methods have been used, ranging from more humane methods such as electric chairs to excessively brutal options. Some Death Penalty crimes are ordered to be punished more humanely, but most are "Creative Euthanasia of Criminal Scum". The GWO never uses firing squads, as it's "a waste of resources."
