Greetings from the Holy Empire of Anselmus!

First, we would like to thank the illustrious nations of Europa Atlantica for allowing us to join their wonderful region. We have been looking for a suitable home for quite some time.

Now on to business. As a new nation in the region, Anselmus would like to quickly establish close diplomatic ties with her new neighbors. Therefore, we open ourselves to requests for embassies from nations from all corners of the region, paying no heed to religious, economic, or political persuasion. However, the following information should be provided with your application:

1. Type of government
2. Any alliances or conflicts with any nation within the region
3. Number of staff required
4. Number of armed guards
5. Number and type of weaponry to be kept within the embassy (Within reason. The Foreign Ministry reserves the right to deny approval until this criterion meets Anselmian diplomatic standards.)

Those accepted will receive a distinguished building along Embassy Row in the heart of Spoletium, our beautiful capital. Any requests for consulates elsewhere in Spoletium or around the country will of course be heard. Thank you, and we hope to meet your representatives in person soon.

Can you provide justification for keeping such a number and nature of weapons? As for the aircraft, they may be housed at Pax Romana International Airport just outside the city. Keep in mind, all aircrew must be registered with the Ministry as part of your embassy staff. Unrestricted passage over the capital with your helicopters is not possible, but negotiations may be held on a per-case basis. Your permit for a satellite up-link is granted, but your permits for underground fuel storage and on-site firing range must await a safety inspection. After these concerns are met satisfactorily, your embassy may be opened. Thank you.

To the Benelux: Application accepted and an embassy is granted under the those terms you have stated. We hope to see the Hon. Mr. Guristo soon.

To New Pictavia: Your application is pending approval. Please address the following concerns: You have requested a helipad and accommodation for a HH-47 Chinook helicopter. Due to the urban nature of downtown Spoletium, we cannot guarantee you a compound large enough to land and house a Chinook. Should you wish to compromise, accommodations for a smaller helicopter may be made, or perhaps you would rather move to a larger compound on the outskirts of the city. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to hear back from you soon. Once the issue with the helicopter is sorted out, we will be happy to welcome you to our nation.

To Yanitaria: Application accepted and an embassy is granted under those terms you have specified. However, please provide the type of helicopter you wish to keep at the embassy. We do, of course, accept your offer to open an embassy in Yanitaria and look forward to talking to you in both of our capitals.

The USSY has yet to order a helicopter, but it is likely to be a Ka-60, unarmed.

We are unable to provide a downtown location capable of housing such a large helicopter. Would you rather have a smaller helicopter or a suburban location for your embassy? Thank you.

The potential for trade between our nations is there. What are you offering?

In return for a mutual defensive pact, Yanitaria will offer you the heavily discounted rate given to allies. If you were to join the New Oslo Pact, you would also earn additional discounts, including many free Domestic Reproduction Rights, with the stipulation that you do not create weapons specifically to sell (OOC: I literally give large orders away to NOP members).

In return for a MDP, Yanitaria will also lower all tariffs to a modest 1%. Should you choose to to join the NOP, we would be glad to eliminate all tariffs, and I am sure that other NOP nations usually restrictive of trade would gladly open their doors to your ships, and offer you discounts on weaponry.

Furthermore, either option, be it MDP or membership with the NOP guarantees loyal allies who come to the aid of your nation in the event of natural disaster, riots, or invasion.

If you would like to discuss even more specific items, such as specific resources your nation needs, feel free to bring that up.
