"Thank you Mister, uhh," Chairman Zax fumbled with the man's name. "Mister Dink, for that, hmmm, interesting speech." Mr.Dink walked off the stage. No applause, no cheers. The man was nothing more than another disgruntled citizen.
"He barely has any shares in the company. 100 shares won't get your word across" the Chairman chuckled to his aids after Mr.Dink had left the conference room. "The man hasn't got a voice until he truly buys into the economy." Chairman Zax walked to the microphone.
"And now, to end the meeting, we have a very special guest. A man who knows that capitalism is the soul of a nation. A leader who is constantly expanding the economy over new horizons. A strong person, ready to make tough decisions that need deciding. Our Prime Minister, Ralph Kers."
Suddenly, a thunderous applause emanated from the 200 citizens now standing from their seats. Whistling and cheering and all manner of noisemaking ensued. The loud roars resonated off the walls of the conference room. Ralph Kers waved cheerfully at the men and women praising him. He thanked Chairman Zax, who shook his hand firmly and handed him the mic. After a full 2 minutes to settle the crowd down, he adressed them.
"I'd like to thank Chairman Zax for his warm welcoming. Also, great thanks go to FutureAuto Industries, as well as all of you for supporting my campaign. On my tour of all the major corporations, this one, FutureAuto Industries, truly shows what a company can do when they are part of such a great nation as the Incorporated States of Kers. Through unflinching loyalty to the ideals of capitalism and support of a free market, the Incorporate States of Kers will become a strong-willed and prosperous country. I promise my faithful citizens that free trade will always be upheld and that large corporations will always be my top priority. Thank you very much!"
With that, Prime Minister Ralph Kers walked off the staged, waving good day. The praises were even louder, the very floor seemed to vibrate. A good day indeed, thought the Prime Minister. A good day indeed.
