Yalita Alexanderio, president of the Zansko-Calaveran Democratic Party of Tur Kalavar, has requested advice on how to supress ethnic nationalism in our lands between ethnic Zansk and Calaverans.
Currently, Zansk areas are ruled by ex-military Zansk leaders, and Calaveran areas by either ex-anti-zansk rebels or moderate tribal leaders. In the capital, New Paramus, it is illegal to say what nationality you are in censuses, and Greater New Paramus, which borders Calaveran and Zansk provinces, is run by a coalition although The Zansk outnumber the Calaverans by 3:2.

How can I reform this system to avoid Nationalism and hatred spreading in my lands?

Make them all interbreed- both sexes from both groups. it worked for us upon unification. We made everyone move to a new location where they knew nobody and society was very heterogeneous. The next generation simply thought of themselves as citizens, not as Shaadites or any other group.

Keep your military handy, just in case.
