The Greston/ Mediterranica Pact
The Imperial Republic of Greston moved from the region of 10,000 Islands to the region of Mediterranica last April. Since then Greston has allied many of the nations in the Mediterranica region and has two colonies, Corslack and Serstabele,
in different sections of the region. The Imperial Republic has not and does not intend to join the Mediterranican Union making Greston a target to attacks unlike other nations in the region who have joined the Union. To ensure safety and to have allied status with most of the nations of the region the following documents were written.
Document 1: Land and Colonization
Section 1 Document 1
As previously informed the map of the Mediterranica is not written in stone and colonization is allowed to all nations located in the Med. The first pact that will be presented is based upon just that. Whenever a group of nomads comes to the Med and settles here a new Grestonian colony will be claimed to be placed on the map update along with the new nation. A restriction is necessary so that colonies do not become gigantic they must be smaller than the homeland. If a nation already owns the land that is wished to be colonized by another the offending nation must have a diplomat attend a court session in a neutral nation along with a diplomat from the defending nation to negotiate borders. This was brought up after the now crippled nation of British Londinium attacked a Grestonian border so that they could conquer the land.
Section 2 Document 1
Grestonian troops are allowed to cross allied borders and participants of this pact with out a given reason. If the nations the troops are crossing through feel suspicious a warrant must be made before they have the right to kick the troops out unless it is for an act of war. As well troops from other Mediterranican nations may cross through the Grestonian border as long as they abide by the nations rules. If Grestonian troops passing though another nation break the law of the nation the Grestonian Government does not take responsibility and whatever the consequence in the nations is they will suffer.
Any nation that agrees with sections 1 and 2 of document 1 must sign the document so that your approval is final and official. We wish that most members of the Mediterranica agree with and sign the pact.

Document 2: Trade and Allied Status
Section 1 Document 2
Trade slots should always be kept open for the occasion when another Mediterranican nation would like to trade. Also if another nation in the Med is in need of a specific resource that another has extra and left over of they must trade some to the other nation so that allies do not cripple down and die because they were in need of a resource.
Section 2 Document 2
Any nation that signs this pact will automatically be considered an ally by The Imperial Republic of Greston and in the occasion of war we will try our best to aid and support your nation throughout it. If by chance the nation is allied with an enemy the nation should be ignored so as to prevent war between Mediterranican nations. You may join any alliance you wish and ally with any nation you want as long as they do not affect or harm the Mediterranican or Grestonian welfare and safe being.
Section 3 Document 2
If war is to break out between nations in the Mediterranica region the other nations should ignore it and let it wage on as long as it does not affect your own nation. This so deaths and hatred towards each other can be prevented. With only nation against nation less people can die and less harm towards the region can be done, so we won’t have mass gatherings of forces killing each other across the Med.
