"So...how is..." Jakob Stalin coughed violently.

"The Military?" He finished.

"The Military is doing fine, father." Replied Jakob Stalin II. He was visiting his father in the hospital. His father had experienced a minor heart attack. He relinqushed command of Aissur's Ground Forces to his Second in command, who happened to be his son.

"That i..." Jakob Stalin suddenly clutched his chest. The medical devices started beeping wildly.

"Doctors!" Yelled Jakob Stalin II. The doctors rushed in.

"Code blue! I need a defibrillator stat!" A nurse quickly brought one in.

"Clear!" The doctor said as he used the defibrillator. The Medical Device then flatlined.

"Damn it." Said the Doctor.

At 3:00 PM Aissuran Standard Time, Jakob Stalin suffered a massive heart attack. He was in a hospital from a previous minor heart attack. After which he relinqushed command to his son. The doctors tried to revive him but failed. He was pronounced dead at 3:02 PM. The funeral and wake is expected at 7:00 PM

I would be the one in attendance for such a meeting, and I would like to discuss the discovery of a potential oil field just off our coast. Unfortunately, we do not have the capital or equipment necessary to undertake construction of an oil rig to tap into this resource, perhaps your nation would be able to help?
