CDA had made it's self very well known to the world. By the violent coup that overthrew the previous monarch and telling everyone the leader Rosalina was God's Beloved Daughter. A few nations were cool, a few not so cool. But non the matter word was spredding this nation was going to receive diplomatic relations with an Empire. The perfect time, as Hurricane Season was right around the corner.

"The boat should be arriving soon." Rosalina said pacing at the dock.

"I see it ma'am! Incoming!"

"It's them, unfoil the banner."

"God's Beloved Daughter?"

It had been recently that the Empire of Neo-Ixania; expanding its diplomatic networks, had found information about the nation of Console do Anjo, led by a young woman around the Empress' age who was believing firmly that she was a daughter of God Himself. This did not phase Foreign Ministry leaders from making this nation a friend of the Empire; seeing the benefits that could come from it. Besides, the military would be ready if God's Beloved Daughter felt she had to do some expansionist program. They sent the beautiful Svetlana Sturmer, a woman who recently returned from Zanzarkanikus, to represent the Ixanian Empire during the diplomatic meeting.

"Her name is Rosalina....I hope she is nice."

Svetlana was not nervous at all about meeting Rosalina but she still was prepared for anything that could come her way. The Ixanian Empire kept a close eye on this particular nation; just because some people were a bit uneasy about Rosalina's choices in government. Needless to say, the majority wanted relations and they would get them.

The boat found itself at the harbour and Svetlana thanked the chauffer for his services. Dressed in a professional suit and armed with a briefcase and a special handgun (hidden), she walked towards the person who she knew was Rosalina; having been shown a picture by her superiors in the Foreign Ministry. "You must be Rosalina. I am Svetlana Sturmer; a diplomat of the Empire of Neo-Ixania."

Svetlana smiled and studied the young woman; she was only one year older than the Ixanian monarch and seemed to be keeping peace in her nation. "I am here to discuss the terms of an alliance between our nations."

"Thank you for the welcome and do not worry about my choice in clothes; I am alright. If you want, you could give me some clothes to wear. Now, I think you can take me to the place where we will have our meeting. By the way, can I have a tour of this nation or at least the city we will be in?"

"Hola friend." She shook her hand. "Aren't you a little overdressed it is 90 with 10% humdity." She smiled. "Either way I welcome you to our island."

"Yes; some easier clothes would be nice. I am glad that I will be able to have a tour and I understand the reason why there would be public nudists; we do not have any in Ixania."

"Thank you for the welcome and do not worry about my choice in clothes; I am alright. If you want, you could give me some clothes to wear. Now, I think you can take me to the place where we will have our meeting. By the way, can I have a tour of this nation or at least the city we will be in?"

"Oh there will be plenty of time for touring, just follow me. I can give you some easier cloths if you desire when we arrive at my place. With the weather people like to dress light, so don't be suprised about any public nudists."

She laughed. "Guess so." There was a carriage waiting for them. "I've returned us to a less stressful and less complex life. To the Residence."

"Yes ma'am."

"This carriage is nice; I think that the Empress of Ixania has one but she does use a limosuine more. If I may ask; why do you call yourself God's Beloved Daughter? I ask on behalf of many curious people in Ixania."

"By all reasons I should be dead. When I overthrew the Government they out numemberd me 5 to 1! They had all the resources in the world to slow me down and stop me. Heck they should have stopped me. But I suceeded in getting rid of the Royal corrupted governemnt. For that I feel God put the hand into my favor."

"I can understand why you are thankful to God for your victory over them, Rosalina and hence why you would use that title for yourself. My nation is an absolute monarchy, you know, I am assuming that yours is a republic or at least influenced by the doctrines of republicanism. I heard you are nineteen; one year older than the Empress of Ixania. Rosalina, tell me more about your nation and what it can offer Ixania in terms of trade, etc."

"I can understand why you are thankful to God for your victory over them, Rosalina and hence why you would use that title for yourself. "i'm afraid my nation is an absolute dictatorship. I'm the one sole ruler of this country. Too many Republican Governments are compromised corruption by the two-too-many polticians in the Legislative Body. I feel one ruler keeps it simple. But don't get me wrong, I don't go throwing my brute squad at everyone. Anyway, here we are, follow me."

She lead her around to the back parllor. "There is a changing room right there, take these and slip into something more light. Then we'll talk more."

"Neo-Ixania has always been an absolute monarchy; for several centuries the House of Schverzinski has reigned. I do not condemn you for your choices in government but I hope that you will not become warlike nor oppress your people. There are some nations who absolutely crave condemnation of such nations and even attacking them."

Svetlana thanked Rosalina for the clothes and went to the changing room. After several minutes, Svetlana came out of the room; dressed in the new clothes. "I am glad to know that these clothes fit me, Rosalina."

"I'm glad to know they are fit for you as well. So perhaps we can discuss a trade deal. Culturally and in goods"

"A trade deal is what Neo-Ixania wants with your nation. What can your nation offer us in terms of trade? What resources do you have? As for a cultural exchange, I am sure we can find support for that in Ixania."

"Well we we have coal, and various crops of a generic and tropical nature.
We are pretty vuneralbe to hurricanes so if a bad one hits we wouldn't mind a little help after."

"I believe that we can help you after a hurricane, Rosalina. Tell me more about the various crops that you have."

"We have Tropical Fruits, we have barley, maze, and corn. Some areas also have rice but mostly for domestic use."

"Tropical fruits sound appealing to me and we would not mind importing rice. We can offer your nation silk, soda, and diamonds; those are just three resources that we can trade with you."

"Then I belive we have a deal. Coal, Fruits, and Rice then, for Silk, Soda, and diamonds?"

"That sounds acceptable to me; but do you have any other resources or are the ones you mentioned the only resources you have? I ask only out of curiosity."

"As of now thoes are the only resources we can offer up to you. If we ever have a surplus of any resource we are willing to give it to you."

"That is alright with me. Now, what shall we discuss next? Neo-Ixania is interested in exchanging students between our nations."

"Ah studnets. I'm sure there are famlies willing to send some students off for an exchange. Wealthy and Poor alike."

"The same can be said about families in Neo-Ixania. I think that we should add a student exchange program as part of our alliance."

"Very well, a student program could be benefical. We are agreed I belive."

"Yes; we are agreed. We should also lessen restrictions on tourists."

"Hmm I understand, we will do our best to make sure Tourists are unrestricted."

"We will do the same. Is there anything that your nation wishes to have in our alliance?"

"Military support would be nice. Just in case something bad should happen to us."

"That can be arranged; though Neo-Ixania officially is neutral in all foreign conflicts. If we can not provide soldiers, I am sure we can, at least, provide weapons and money. It depends on what the government decides."

"Understood, and we shall not drag you into any conflict against your will. We hope you would be of great service should the time come. I feel we have discussed everything about our alliance that we need to know."

"That is good to hear. If we are finished with our discussion; I would be more than glad to begin the tour."
