It has come to our attention that a new free state has been born into this world. Nothing is sweeter than independence. In attempt to give a relationship, alliance, and military help to you, we offer you a treaty.
By agreeing to this, you promise to help with military issues, small civil conflicts, and regional conflict. You also promise to consider an offer to come to our region. This will all apply to Miroxia as well.
Candava and Miroxia could unite to become the strongest around in the world. Please help build a new, better empire.

We just freed ourselves an independent government from an Empire, but we are interested in forming an alliance with you. As of now, we are run by the Underground Liberation Union and the Freedom Fighters Alliance, rebel groups. But we would be honored to form a partnership with a nation such as yourself.
I will do all I can to make sure a Prime Minister runs your nation. If you need a candidate (which you probably don't), we have the perfect candidate, who almost won the position of dictator in our nation. He lost by four votes only. He used to be a hippie, but has since learned how to lead a nation, currently being the "Vice-Vice" Dictator. His name is Opel Wan.
