Cazelian Forces take back Yarkai, RAH eliminated
February 13th, 2015:
A momentous victory was scored by newly form National Guard troops, aided by Marines from the 501st Airborne. Earlier today, Guard and Marine infantry stormed the beaches of Yarkai, taking only 125 casualties, 19 of them dead, the rest wounded. After taking heavy fire on the beachheads, Marines formed the spearhead of the attack, supported by thousands of Guardsmen. After the beaches were taken, it was only four hours until the entire Cazelian portion of the island was liberated.
The bravery of the Marines was clearly stated when Cptn. Jo Redik, after being shot through the gut, pulled the pin on a grenade and waited for the enemy to take him. He brought several RAH terrorists with him, earning the Medal of Honor posthumously. later that day, Marines witnessed their formerly MIA commander duel Thomas Cornellius on the top of a skyscraper. Cornellius was thrown from the building, and the General was given hotpital care after sustaining ten bullet wounds and being run through with a sword.

Former RAH combatant returns to the old ways
February 13th, 2015:
In the aftermath of a war, many good things are expected to happen. But a former RAH militia showed that even the government can be fooled.
21 year old May Terzak was taking an evening walk when a former enemy combatant dragged her into his car and raped her. Luckily, four National Guardsmen were nearby, and were able to apprehend the man when he tried to drive away. The soldiers chased him in an AAVP for five minutes before his car ran out of fuel. The man sustained a broken leg and several scars after he tried to attack the Guardsman with a bowie knife.
"That psychopath should be castrated!" Cried Terzak "The agony he put me through must be punished with a means that will ensure that no human being will ever go through what I did! If castration is used more often in these cases Cazelia will be rape free!"
But Vice Secretary Portman said otherwise
"I understand that this is a terrible time for the poor victims in this case," She said "However, the answer is not to revert back to the dark ages."
The soldier is to face death by firing squad on the orders of President Hogart, who said "We expected better from those who put their arms down at the beginning," He told us from his wheelchair "Although death is a horrible thing, there must be examples"

An In-depth look at the Marines
February 14th, 2015:
According to the marines, there's nothing worse than a bad-ass drill Sergeant who gets into your face and screams at you. But it does bring a rush of adrenaline surging through your spine. We know this because we were lucky enough to spend a week with the marines at Camp Yarkai, a base five miles from New Caz'e.
Our first day was spent driving to the base, but we were yelled at the drill Sergeant for being 40 seconds late. We really learned to understand the immense discipline needed to be a marine.
On our second day, we were awoken at 3:50 in the morning for an airborne exercise in full combat gear. It weighed at least 115 pounds, not including the M1 Garand rifle. We were dropped using a UH-60 helicopter, and we faced the senior soldiers. Us reporters were killed in the first several seconds of the fight.
The next four days were spent doing combat training, push ups, and combat drills. But the real thrill came on the 7th day-
The marines were called in to help stop 25 former RAH soldiers, who had four hostages and were threatening to kill them. The police were pinned down and the SWAT were unable to insert due to bad weather. We arrived in an AAVP, and were immediately engulfed by machine gun fire. luckily our armour was there, and we managed to move to the door of the building with cover from the AAVP. We used a shotgun to break into the building. We encounter 5 men with RPKs, PKMs and AK-47, but they were killed by our BAR gunner.
We proceeded to the higher up, killing the terrorists as we went. the final floor was occupied by 8 men, who were holding the hostages. The men used a flash bang and blinded the enemies, allowing the officer to hack the enemy to bits with his saber.
That was our time with the marines.

Cazelia Authorizes TFU Bases in Yarkai and Orlock
February 18th, 2015:
Today, President Hogart met with high level Federal Union officials after a request by TFU officials to build bases in Cazelia for mutual defense of both countries. Hogart allowed the Union to build 15 military bases in the Yarkai island chain and Orlock.
"The protection of our country after the numerous invasions by British Londinium and The World Soviet party is our first priority in this new year." Commented the President.
General Hasley agreed with the idea "Now that we have a large ally, we can finally be able to hold out against invasions by newer, more powerful threats such as LOIN, as well as older threats like the Londinians"
The Federal Union has specified that there will be 5 Army Bases, 5 Naval Bases and 5 Airbases.
The Airbases will accommodate F-15Fs, F-16s and F-7s
The Naval Bases will accommodate Atlantis class cruisers, Yorktown class destroyers, and Leviathan class Guided missile battle ships. Nexus class aircraft carriers, Hammer head attack submarines. and Ohio tirdent class subs
Troops deployed at the Army bases are 700,000 personnel in total plus support, 1,200 M-70 A2 bulldogs, 2,000 M-60A3 Super Patton's, 6,000 M-3A2 Bradleys

Cazelian Forces Attack Leocardian Bases in Greal
March 25th, 2015:
As the fighting in Sasha heats up and casualties continue to rise, a group of tattered Marines were ordered to strike against the Leocardian sector in Sasha. Although the group is horribly outnumbered, General Hasley told our reporters "We're gonna show those bastards what we're capable of doing even when we're outnumbered 4-1" The group being sent to attack is only 4 Companies strong, supported by CZ1, CZ2 and CZ3 Tanks
Unconfirmed reports also say that a group of Ghost Operatives have been sent to lead the force, but this information has yet to be proven.

Route1 Invades Greal
July 11th, 2015:
Earlier this week, the nation of Route1 invaded the Imperial Republic of Greal. Our forces were immediately activated. For the past few days a join DRMC, DRA and DRNG forces have been fortifying the Cazelian sector of Sasha while Hercules transport aircraft have been dropping arms to Greal civilians for the past two days. The weapons dropped are primarily G3s, AK-47s, M14s and RPG-9s. The lighter Hercules aircraft will soon be replaced with C-5 heavy transports, which will be able to airdrop light vehicles to the waiting civilian defenders.
As well as arms, the Greal population will be receiving food and other mandatory items. Drops are expected to be more common in occupied zones where citizens will need the supplies and weapons to keep themselves alive in a hostile environment. Nations defending Greal are the Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi, the Greater German Reich of Wanderjar, the Fascist Federation of the Grand World Order, the Republic of Zackaroth, the United Socialist State of Oily prata and the People's Republic of Mokastana.
The Civilian Volunteer Group (CVG) has begun donating used and new arms to the Greal cause. They have also decided to open several weapons hand-out stations and ration centers.

Armed Forces Fortify Cazelian Sasha
August 14th, 2015:
Earlier this week the Government declared that the our sector of Sasha would be fortified to in the event that the LION got the chance to invade Greal later in the year. An estimated 1.5 million men are to be shipped off, not including vehicles and aircraft. Along with military supplies, the 3rd Division was authorized to bring a shipment of surplus G1 bolt action rifles to be given to the Grealian populace, as well as millions of dollars in food and water. These supplies will be given out at aid stations for the needy of Greal.
