PARLIAMENT CLOSED MEETING?

Earlier today the Supreme Emperor and the Ministers of the different departments went into a closed meeting for the final dicussion and a possible vote on the reformation of the Shazbotdom Imperial Parliament. Since 10am this morning Shazbotdom Standard Time, the doors to the Supreme Emperor's office have been locked shut to keep reporters, staff of the Imperial Palace, and members of the community partaking in the Tours of the Imperial Palace out while they hash out the last few details of the bill and come to a vote.
With this occuring, the people of the Shazbotdom Empire wonder what is going on within the confined walls of the Supreme Emperor's office. Staff off the Imperial Palace as well as those civilians partaking in the tours have attempted to listen in through the doors and walls, but the room was specifically designed to be sound proof so meetings like this could take place without the details of the meeting becomming public knoledge. This reporter took to the streets this afternoon to get statments from the general public about this closed meeting. Below are what those people had to say. Their names have been withheld as thats what they checked on the release forms.
"Why do they feel that this sort of information needs to be kept from us? Arn't we entitled to know what goes on?"
"This sort of thing is why the Parliament needs to be reformed. These closed meetings are becomming more and more botherson."
"I personally don't really care what happens. The leadership of this nation has been doing a good job so far, so why are people worried about this?"
With these mixed reviews from the public, this reporter can only assume that with this vote, the people will get the representation that they feel is needed.
Although some of the information that has been leaked from the Shazbotdom Imperial Palace suggests that the Shazbotdom Mainland, as well as the Colonies, will be subdivided into different area's. These area's will help to make sure that there will be representation from all walks of life within the Empire. These numbers that were given to this reporter are said to be the exact number of 'regions' that each area of the Empire will be divided into.
