As newly elected Philosopher of International Relations of the DRJBM, my first act is to set up the Madnessinian embassy. Our attempt to bring in the international community through education opportunities went over poorly (and led to a brief military coup), so I've come to the conclusion that just this once... the direct approach might work nicely.
The embassy has been built on beautiful Wack Street in downtown Coffee City, conveniently located next to one of the world's largest LatteBucks coffee shops and lots of great shopping! Ambassadors will enjoy an environment well known for loose drug and clothing laws and a nice tropical climate.
Java Black's Madness is a democratic republic, as the name suggests. It is headed by the Primary Decision-Maker Java Black, as well as several elected Philosophers. Our people decide how much government they want and where to put their taxes in regular elections. We have investment opportunities for friendly nations in uranium (for peaceful purposes only).
