Greeting world, I am Adam Jackson, the recent elected Presidente of Mokastana. I would like to give an update on the new Mokan republic, so that those of you who know us and those of who do not lean about us. The current government as stands is the following:

For those of you who know the former President Nicolas Villa, he will no longer serve in the government, however will attend balls and banquets if invited. He has agreed to act as an ambassador of Mokastana to anyone willing to form relations with Mokastana.

As for the recovery of the civil war, each farmer whos farm was harmed in the war, has been given two million Gold Labors each for the reconstruction of their farms. New Mejico City is being build next to old Mejico City which has been ignored due to possible traps and dangers still in the city. Other cities are also under construction but are not the main focus of the reconstruction purposes because Mejico City was the industrial center for Mejico.


However the potential for a famine is hanging over Mokastana, and I have been authorized for spending up too 5 trillion dollars on purchases of Grain, Maize, and other foods to allow us to grow for the next seasons. Animals such as poultry, cows, gazelles, deer, pigs are also be needed. Please help us aviod a major time of need.

It has come to my attention that your nation could use our suport. As a goodwill guesture, I am sending four Moria-class (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Berge_stahl_1024.JPG) bulk freighters, carrying grains and other foodstuffs. Also, I offer a proposal: The Delkorian Iron Works is expanding its construction base and is in need of new facilities. Our proposal is to build a new shipyard in Mokastana. This facility would feature eight 200m long covered drydocks, for use in building and repairing the Delkorian Navy's submarine fleet. The facility also would include a manufacturing plant, storage warehouses, helicopter landing pad, and nuclear fuel storage building.
This shipyard would be a major benefit to Mokastana. It will generate thousands of new, skilled jobs and boost the local economy. An added benefit would be naval protection provided by the Delkorian Navy. Submarines would make routine stops for supplies and maintance, and assuming you allow it, their crews would take the maintance time to visit your cities, injecting more income into your economy. Our military personel are well-manored and would respect your country and its people, and not cause any trouble.

We thank you for the plentiful food you bring to my nation at our time of need. However on the matter of a shipyard, normally i would be more then willing to allow your company to expand into Mokastana except this one seems to have a military requirement. The Mokan Navy does not like foreign fleets in Mokan territorial waters unless they are a close ally. Therefore given the situation and military pressure I can only allow it if it is for civilian/governmental use only.

Please do not take that offenisvly, it is only the fact that it is Mokan tradition to be weary of foreigners and our nations have not had very many past relations. However Admiral Franshaw would be more then willing to speak with you on the matter of our navies

Nicola Villa has personally told me of your relations and I thank you for the supplies. Currently we are sending units out to see what every farm in the Mejico region needs and will come up with a better "grocery list" later. Many of which hated the fact that civil war tore up the nation and said the 1.5 million check was just a start to rebuilding. We hope helping them restock and rebuild will be enough to win back their trust.

The Shazbotdom Empire is still a little suspicious about the government of Mokastana after our intitial investigation of the mass killings of civilians proved that it did happen. We shall keep an eye on this situation as it progresses.

The Famine is only in the beginning stages. People are hungry and rationing food. Grains are being taken care of but we need the importing of meats.

About 300 million are low on food, if untreated will increase to 1.2 Billion. Surviving on surpluses right now.

Food is distributed to farmers and small towns who suffered the war first. Areas such as Mokan Island and Tierra Nueva will need food, while the Sur region is breaking even this season.

What is the true story of the mass killings in your country?

The Independent revolution was under leadership of anarchist who conspired to cause chaos. They had slaughtered villages and blamed it on Confederates, a confederate Bomber team DID attack a port with refugees on it, without approval from any government higher ups, it was acting on request from a local Colonel who was trying to prevent the Indonesians from using it.

Our ally Rogue Protoss had used drugged maniacs called the Penal Corps in the war. The government told them not to and even Generalissimo Yuri ordered troops to attack these loons as well as independents. their leader had apparently had the intention of rebelling against their government and used Mokastana as a decoy.

Sarin gas attacks were believed to be either made up or attacks by independents. However Nicolas Villa did resign once he saw the damage caused in his name.

I made mine to toy around with different issue answers but wound up with them close to the UN Government Type as my main one. I havn't done issues on them in months.

But as for others, they use them to RP different tech levels, amoung other things.

I have recently obtained information claiming to come from sources within Mokastana alleging severe human rights breaches and over-aggressive military rule in your country, however the authenticity of these documents is yet to be assertained. I feel it is my duty to inform you of this situation to attempt to form an understanding and a clarity as to the situation in the Mokan Republic.

If these allegations are true then it would be the responsibilty of the USSL to inform the international community of what are hitherto unreleased findings. I would like to assure you that this information will remain within the confines of Parliament House and will not be released to either the international community or the press until a response from your official office has been recieved and discussed.

I stress that I am neither condoning nor condeming your government at the present time and hope that you will co-operate fully in resolving this situation.

For all those who bring the Genocide Investigation into it. And yes, I did suggest in my investigation that another one be done to tie up any loose ends.
