Prolouge:
For several weeks the leadership of the Islamic Democracy of Jayshua had been highly critical of the nation of Dherka-dherkastan. They were of different sects and had different ideologies. Firebrand rhetoric and insults from both sides had escillated the situtation to the brink of war. The Jayshuans had pleaded with their masters in the Organization of Islamic Nations to declare a state of war between the OIN and the Islamic Jihadist State of Dherka-dherkastan. The Supreme Islamic Governing Council of Dherka-dherkastan did not take that action lightly. Due to the mutual distrust and dislike that dated back centuries, The Dherka-dherkastani`s had trained operatives who had infilitrated Jayshuan society. There were at least twelve sleeper cells operating within Jayshua awaiting the orders to strike. The leaders of these cells were instructed to read the classifieds of the main Jayshuan newspaper daily, coded messages linked to verses of the Koran would be their key to awaken. Futher messages coded the same way, would be the signal to begin their particular mission.

Twelve men, unknown to each other, read the classifed section of the paper. They had each carried out this ritual for several years. Each man was the leader of a terrorist sleeper cell, trained by the Dherka-dherkastani Government and placed in Jayshua because of the two nations mutual hatred of one another. Each man scanned the classifieds, seaching for a message. That message would be the signal to begin preparations for his mission. With the recent declaration of a state of war between the OIN and Dherka-dherkastan, they knew the message would soon arrive.

As the men read through the Monday edition, the message was there as they had been instructed. Second column, near the bottom. A cryptic message that would go unnoticed in an Islamic publication, "Koran 1.1-1.6 .

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

The beneficent, The Merciful.

Master of the day of Judgement.

Thee do we serve and thee we beseech for help.

Keep us on the right path.

The path of those upon whom thou hast bestowed favors. Not of those upon whom thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray."

The message had been delivered, the Jayshuan would face the wrath of the Dherka-dherkastani`s. The time for idle threats had passed and now war was at their door. The twelve men began organizing their followers, the hour of purification was at hand.

Under the cover of darkness, Yousif Al-Sadr pilots his dhow out of port. Al-Sadr`s actions were part of his instructions. Al-Sadr was the leader of a sleeper cell that had recieved the coded message to start it`s mission. Al-Sadr was to take his dhow outside Jayshuan waters and rendezvous with a submarine to get supplies for his mission. Once he was a safe distance away from port, Al-Sadr cracked open the dhow`s throttle.

It took Al-Sadr a little over an hour to reach international waters. Once he arrived, he and his crew began placing nets it the water as if they were fishing. That was their cover story if discovered at that location.

A little after midnight, Al-Sadr saw a small signal light on the horizon. He signaled back and started his dhow toward the distant light. About an hour later, Al-Sadr`s dhow was alongside a Typhoon-class submarine of the Naval wing of the Dherka-Dherkastani Revolutionary Guards. After establishing his identity with the submarine crew, Al-Sadr and his crew began off loading supplies for their mission. 100 kg of C-4 explosives and detonators, twenty AK-47 assault rifles, 5000 rounds of 7.62x39mm ammuntion, Rpg-7`s and ammuntion and hand grenades. Al-Sadr and the Submarine Captain exchanged good-byes and they parted company. As Al-Sadr`s dhow headed back toward land, the Submarine disappeared into the depths. Supplies in hand, Al-Sadr now awaited his instructions to strike at his enemies.

Muqada Hassan was one of twelve men who understood the coded message in the previous days paper. Yesterday Hassan and two members of his cell rented a truck and headed toward the Jayshuan backcountry. They drove all night before reaching their destination, a graveyard. Once the arrived at this remote locale, the men began digging.

Nearly six hours had passed since the men arrived and started digging, they were growing tired. Suddenly, one of the shovels hit an object about six feet underground. "Hassan , come here." Hassan came over to the hole and intstructed his man to dig around the object some more. Forty-five minutes later the objects top was fully exposed, it was a coffin.

Hassan ordered his men out and desended into the hole. Carefully sweeping the dirt away from the sides, he spies a key-hole. Hassan removes a necklace that has a key attached, he hopes the lock isn`t to plugged with soil. He inserts the key and attempts to turn it, success. He lifts the lid of the coffin to reveal not a corpse but a secret arms cache.

Hassan orders his men to place the arms on a tarp for inventory before loading them in the truck, his men do so. Thirty assorted Kalishnikov-type rifles, 7000 rounds of 7.62x39mm ammunition, 2 cases of fragmentation grenades, 2 RPG-7`s and ammunition and $100,000 USD in cash. The men loaded up their bounty and headed for the safe house.

Ibriham Mustafa is one of the twelve men the coded message in yesterdays Jayshuan newspaper was meant for. Mustafa was a skilled pilot, working for a freight transport company. For many years he had been studing how secure aviation was within Jayshua, he knew its strengths and weaknesses. During this time, he had secured many documents that had infomation about approved flight paths and Jayshuan responses to percieved threats. Now, his years of gathering intelligence would be put to the test. He had been in contact with the rest of his cell. They knew they were on stand-by, awaiting further instructions.

That night after work, Mustafa and two of his men drove into the Jayshuan countryside. About an hour after leaving the city, he turned off the main road and started toward a deserted mine. Once arriving at the mine, Mustafa unlocked the doors to the mine entrance. He grabbed a lantern and proceeded to enter the shaft. The walked into the earth for about half an hour to the secret arms cache.

After arriving at the cache, Mustafa and his assistants began inventory of their armament. 12 M-56 Smg`s, 12 TT-33 pistols, 5000 rounds of 7.62x25mm ammunition, a case of fragmentation grenades and 10kg of Symtek plastic explosives and detonators. Mustafa and his men loaded up their arms and began trekking back to the mine`s mouth. When Allah called for them, they would be ready.

Mahmood Husseini and Tariq Al-Wahib were the only two men among the twelve of whom yesterdays message was sent to that knew one another. Husseini was a customs inspector at the Jayshuan ports and Al-Wahib was a truck driver for a shipping company. The two men had trained together in the terror camps of Afganistan many years prior and when selected for this assignment, knew their missions were interlaced.

Every day, Husseini inspected shipping containers from overseas and Al-Wahib hauled them out on his truck. The shipyard was masssive and hiding somethig ther would be quite easy. Several months ago, a container arrived bearing the shipping numbers '111213141516'. The numbers themselves seemed innocent but to the operative Husseini, it meant something. These numbers were a code, linked to the verses of the Koran issued in the coded message just yesterday. When the container arrived some time back, Husseini had managed to have it placed inconspiculously among other containers in the long-term storage section of the shipyard. He knew when these numbers appeared again that the time for action was near.

Al-Wahib also knew of this container and the message that would signal its release. On this day when Al-Wahib arrived to pick up one of his shipments, Husseini directed him toward the long-term storage section. Once the shipyard crane lowered the container onto Al-Wahib`s trailer, he headed for the inspection area. At the inspection area, Husseini applied the sticker declaring the cargo was inspected and sent Al-Wahib toward the main gate. After leaving the shipyard, Al-Wahib drove his cargo toward the Jayshuan backcountry.

Three hours after leaving the shipyard, Al-Wahib turned his truck onto a dirt road that headed toward a box canyon. After an hours drive down the dirt road, he reached a remote cave. Al-Wahib backed his truck into the cave and parked it. He then climbed into an awaiting Toyota truck and headed back toward the Jayshuan capitol city. He would return later along with Husseini when they had each recieved their next orders.

It was two days ago that Issam Chihade, one of twelve sleeper cell leaders, had recieved the coded message. He left his home on monday and drove into the countryside for several hours. Chihade had visited several caches of supplies he had buried throughout the Jayshuan backcountry. Among the items he retrieved were AK-47`s and ammunition, fragmentation grenades, RPG-7`s and ammunition, detonators, C-4 explosives, bio-hazard suits, gas masks and two containers of VX nerve gas. Chihade had been traveling nonstop for nearly 48 hours, shuttling supplies from their secret caches in the middle of nowhere to ones closer to his base of operations. When his intstructions would come, Chihade and his followers would be ready to strike at the enemies of his people.

Late last night Abdul Mustafa, one of the twelve sleeper cell leaders, met with his contacts from the Dherka-Dherkastani Revolutionary Guards on a deserted beach. The Revolutionary Guard Commando`s had slipped ashore on a Zodiac inflatible boat laden with supplies for Mustafa`s cell. What appeared to stand out among the typical supplies for the mission (guns, ammo) were three suitcase sized containers labeled with the internationally recognized symbol for radiation hazard, suitcase nukes. Probably bought on the black market after the collapse of the Soviet Union, after communism fell the Former Soviet Republics would sell their own mother to the highest bidder. Now these weapons were in terrorist hands. Mustafa took his supplies and headed for his base of operations. When his mission came to be, all would take notice. The Dherka-Dherkastani`s were not going to let the insults and accusations of the Jayshuan go unpunished.

OOC: Jayshua and myself have settled our 'Ideological Differences'. The events that plunged us headlong into war have been resolved through an out of forum settlement, our nations have agreed to go our separate ways and to recognize each others right to exist. I apologize to those who were seeking a long and bloody conflict but I`ve acheived my goals without firing a shot. The terror cells will not recieve their coded messages to inflict damage upon the Jayshuan unless the terms of our settlement our violated by him and his allies.
