Albert von Anstetten arrived at the conference room; bowing respectfully to the Queen before taking his seat. "It is nice to see you again, Your Majesty. I hope that we will have a good and productive discussion with the delegates from Aniane and Nosorepazzau."

The Queen checked her dress and looked back to the table. The meeting would be held in the Whyt Parliament hall. It was a relatively small place, and there was a long rectangular table that ran the length of the room. The Queen sat at the head of the table and waited for the 3 delegates.

"Yes, quite." Tara also stood and bowed. "Hopefully they'll arrive shortly."

"Greetings,Mr. Zzouya. So, lets begin. We're here to forge a four-way alliance between our good nations. The Void has large amount of raw metals, deep oil reserves and a good industry. We also have a strong military thats ran by House Void, so it's ready to fight 24/7."

"My nation is plentyful in heavy and industrial metals,jems,and a little oil.We also have an excellent shiping industry.As far as our military goes,we've only recently started to become a low-key major power.You could say Nosorepazzau is like a young adult,it's just started to realize it's power.

"Neo-Ixania has plenty of silk, diamonds and other natural resources; plus we can expand our Soda Sales industry into any of your nations if you give us your consent. I am sure we can all create an alliance with terms beneficial to all of us."

"The Nosorian Government would like to see that a education program is implemented.As for Neo-Ixania's offer,we would like to have your soda companies come into our nation.We currently have no soda businesses so it should be a good investment for us both."

"I was planning to ask about creating an education program that would allow students from our nations to visit each other's nations and learn. As for expanding our Soda Sales industry in the Nosorian nation, I think I can arrange that. It will be nice to see the expansion of Ixanian industries."

"Excellent!I'm excited,this alliance has much potential!But I do have a major concern,Nosorian politics can get complicated since we are part of a large supranational confederation called the Silver Imperium.I think we should make it so our partners in this alliance don't get too involved.Though it's unlikely,we would hate to have you dragged into a civil war."

"Again, the Void is a member of the ISIS alliance, but you will not get drawn into a war by it unless you should want to. As for an education program, that seems an excellent idea. The Void and Templar houses are relatively xenophobic houses, so I believe those areas would be off-limit to your students for a while..."

"Neo-Ixania is a member of the Fegosian Union; but I do not think that this alliance between our four nations will force us into either the Fegosian Union or the Silver Imperium."

"Neo-Ixania understands the situation in the Void and Templar houses but we can still send students to the other houses. I think that we should have an education program involving all of our nations; and restrictions on tourists should be eased."

"Our nation also has its xenophobes,the supporters of the Nosorian Domestic Front Party are very much so.It is a good thing that party is not very popular."

"Mmm." Tara nodded. "Also, if we're all getting into an alliance, I think it's necessary to tell you that the Void has some problems with rebels, but they are relatively minor."

"You should never underestimate rebels, Your Majesty. You never know when they will surprise you."

"I'm sure my government wouldn't mind helping you with your rebel problem."

"The Nosorian military has yet to be tested in a major conflict,but with how interventionist we are one may come soon.Have any of your nations fought a major war?"

"No; Neo-Ixania stays neutral in all foreign conflicts and have never been attacked nor threatened."

"Neutrality is a good policy,but we being the warrior race we are,living that way could be difficult for us."

The queen frowned.
"7 civil wars, 2 defense from invasion attempts, one major regional war, and around 6 international interdictions."

"Void Templar must have a rich warrior culture."

"Yes, but 6 of those civil wars have been started by House Void and one by House Whyt. It's mainly too many guns and not enough to do."
