We would invade, but there's no point. Your nation is small and it's people dumbed by the teachings of democracy. We'd rather invade a country full of elephants.

However, remember: you exist only because we allow it.

Good day.

On behalf of the Kingdom of the Bautizan Islands, it is my great pleasure to extend a hand of welcome and friendship to the United States of Marcuda. His Majesty King Anthony Kentwick has taken a personal interest in seeing that the Kingdom is properly represented to the international community, and has directed that his cousin (Lord Roderick Whiteshroud) attend the diplomatic summit as a special envoy.

Before the special envoy departs, however, I would appreciate more details regarding the summit venue and security arraignments that will be in place for protection of the delegates.

Yours truly,

Dear Friends,

This official memorandum is in response to all who have graciously agreed to attend our summit. President Burrill and all the members of his Cabinet and other leaders of our country have informed me of how much they look forward to the meeting with all of your esteemed ambassadors.

Due to the high priority and significance of this illustrious event, it is important for the safety of all the ambassadors and guests at the summit to be a mere second thought for the guests, but a mistake free event for the people in charge of security. Therefore, if all of the nations planning to attend the event, have whomever is in charge of security contact Tactical Service Agent: Vincent Ladue to make arrangements regarding the logistics of your security needs he will be more than have to attempt to meet your needs.

However, contained in this memorandum is a brief schedule of the summit itself, and security policies that will be maintained and Required, as well as the menu, and decorum at the Summit.

If there is anything a nation needs for their ambassador or people, please contact Assistant Foriegn Relations Officer: Amanda Jackson.

Thank you,

United States of Marcuda

Secretary of State,

Sydney Lonkin
